Synopsis

Her Little Secret features a quite unique cast in that the girls are a very diverse group ranging from cute and sexy, to experienced and mature, to big and beautiful. Particularly intriguing to me are totally natural Jiz Lee, who doesn't shave anything, and gloriously voluptuous April Flores, who proves that fat (her word, not mine...she calls her website fattyd.com) chicks are great fucks, too. The thought occurred to me that the selection of women represents real women and not a group of perfectly-sculpted Barbie dolls. Even better, the girls really get into each other...and have outstanding sex, too. In fact, the lowest scoring scene earns 4.625 out of five points! And, they earn those scores without toys. Pretty unusual, to be sure.

Overall, I really enjoyed the Sapphic sex in this movie. However, I am quite disappointed in the video. This is especially disheartening given my reviews of other movies released by Triangle Films and directed by Kathryn Annelle. Bottom line? The sex is really worth seeing, but the DVD is not worthy of being a permanent part of your collection. So, rent Her Little Secret or watch it online.

One additional comment: Triangle Film's tag line is Created by a Woman for Women. OK. But, those of us men who love Sapphic sex will never be disappointed in their all-girl releases.

The DVD I reviewed contains: a full motion chapter selector organized by scene; multiple chapters per scene; four behind-the-scenes featurettes (one for each scene); a three and one-half minute self-running slide show accompanied by music; and trailers for six Triangle Films releases. The BTS featurettes range from two and one-half minutes to five and one-half minutes long and contain content such as: brief slide shows of still photos, video of the still photo shoots, on-set tomfoolery, interviews of the director, after-sex debriefings, planning of the plot development scenes, and interviews of the performers. This is a reasonable selection of extras and is about average in today's marketplace. Three stars.

Final Thoughts

The best things about Her Little Secret include:

• the "real-woman" cast is very refreshing. The variety of women is quite interesting.
• the plot is cute and nicely ties together the sex scenes.
• Scene One, which is a smoking-hot and five-star Sapphic coupling featuring Jiz Lee and Dana Dearmond.
• Scene Four, which is an extremely passionate scene that is inflamed by sexual tension that builds throughout the movie's plot.

Her Little Secret could have been better if:

• the girls had used toys on each other during their scenes.
• the girls had pleasured each others' anuses a bit more. There's some minor rimming. But, assholes deserve more!
• the video had been more professionally shot. There are color balance issues, insufficient lighting, jerky camera movements, excessive oblique camera angles, pixelization, and soft/fuzzy video.
• the editing were more professional. As it is, the editing is a bit amateurish and the edits are a bit abrupt between clips...especially during the plot development segments.
