Audio/Video Quality: MeeOw! is a compilation of scenes from the last several years released by Digital Sin/New Sensations. The visual quality of the 1.78:1 anamorphically shot scenes varied with the directors that shot the scenes but most of them were competently handled. The lighting was usually flat and even with the editing ranging a wider range than I cared for, the video bitrate often in the upper 4.2 Mbps area or better. There was a company watermark at all times in the lower right hand corner but it was small and unobtrusive, often blending in completely unless I was consciously looking for it. Some of the camera work was markedly better than in other scenes but the selection of action included at least some lingerie in all scenes, the skin tones and color accuracy handled well enough for the purposes of a compilation. The audio was done in 2.0 Dolby Digital with 48 kHz sampling rate and 192 Kbps audio bitrate, most of the scenes more generic in this area than the visuals. Typically, the scenes would begin with some generic music during the tease and then transition to vocals alone once the sex began.

Body of Review: Digital Sin is a company long known for stylish all-sex scenes, making quite a mark in the parody market more recently, and for making more themed compilations than any of the major companies in the industry. That is why I was pleasantly surprised to get in the double disc MeeOw!for review the other day, the 11 scenes offering up almost six hours of smut to appreciate. Having seen a few of the included scenes (they came from shows over the last several years) previously, none of them appeared to be cut or edited from their previous showings, fans of breasts conceivably having already seen many of the listed scenes. There did appear to be an emphasis on foreign ladies and toy use in the scenes but as far as lesbian action is concerned, especially lipstick lesbian action, it was an okay flick to check out a time or two. Summary: MeeOw! by Digital Sin and affiliated companies, was an okay compilation in most ways. The cast appeared to be weighted in favor of foreign ladies but all of them appeared to understand the basics associated with lipstick lesbian action, a lot of caressing and licking, occasion ass play, and toys as needed. Most of the scenes also followed a strict formula of sorts, the tease, oral, vaginal, pop shot of genetic juice and that satisfied look on the faces of the ladies. In any case, I would have appreciated more tease and more devotion to the ladies showing off their bodies than getting into the action so I rated it as a Rent It but could understand why a fan might want a copy all the same. In short, MeeOw! might not set the world on fire as much as some of Digital Sin’s previous compilations have done (some of which were amazing in the quality of scenes selected) but it was not half bad so give it a look if you like this sort of thing, the decided emphasis on scenes culled from the company’s Lesbian Provocateur line if that matters to you.
