It took eight years and two presidential terms for someone to come up with a porn title taking advantage of 43's hirsutely helpful last name, but better late than never. (Suggestion to DVD producers: if you start a "Yes We Cans" series of big-tit extravaganzas now, or a "Chains We Can Believe In" bondage series, you can easily get in 40 or 50 sequels before The One leaves office.) Pubes is the theme of "Bush Administration," and the five ladies featured definitely have noticeable undergrowth. Noticeable, that is, when compared with your everyday contemporary bald pussy, but still inches away from the glorious thick thatches of yesteryear. Except for the nicely entangled DVD box cover girl Rucca, the chicks here have about a month's growth at most, which will have to suffice.

The sex scenes, however, are sure pleasers for other reasons. The girls are unique and natural looking, not your everyday porn stars, from the pleasantly zaftig brunette Rucca Page (and her Kay Parker-esque knockers), to (fit and healthy) Britney Spears look-alike Lexi Love, crew-cut Asian American Max Mikita, nasty dirty blonde Kelly Leigh and squirting sensation Sara Faye (I counted 15 spurting orgasms during her phenomenal hump session).

German director Axel Braun has an effective formula: each scene starts with a gentle New Age music background as his camera smoothly and slowly moves in on the girl as she masturbates and talks dirty to the camera, until a cock appears in frame for her to suck on or stick in her hair pie. The music eventually dies down and the sounds of the performers' natural sex talk and grunting takes over. It's not Andrew Blake, but there's a certain cool assuredness to the proceedings.

And this is definitely girl-centric porn. There may be plenty of fellatio, but there's a surpassing amount of cunnilingus and analingus by guys who clearly love to bury their nose in a furry crotch.

                                                       THE DVD

Hustler has produced a quality DVD, starting with easily navigable main and subsidiary menus, including a Select a Star option that gives you an option of six chapters per girl. The decent array of extras includes a 20-minute behind-the-scenes segment -- basically, interviews with two of the girls, Rucca Page, who tries to answer questions as best she can while Jay Lassiter eats her out, and buff and bubbly Max Mikita, who discusses the importance of bodily scent (like that of a hairy bush) to good sex. The explicit trailers promote the Hustler discs "Barely Legal: Fitness Fantasies," "Barely Legal: Oral Education 2," "This Ain't the Munsters XXX," "Taboo Mind Fuck," "Asian Fever: Tokyo Girls" (shot on location) and the comedy sequel "Not the Bradys XXX: Marcia Marcia Marcia." There are also phone sex ads, a hot little montage promoting Hustler.com, and a thorough slide show.

Each scene is presented in 16:9 widescreen; the sound is adequate, though it seems to have been volumed down -- except when the humpin' hollerin' starts.

                                                THE LAST WORD

While full bushes are the ostensible theme of this DVD, only one of the girls is exceptionally pubeful. But the sex is hot throughout, and wavy-haired brunette Sara Faye's eye-popping scene belongs in any female ejaculation compilation worth its name (her luscious thighs tremble convincingly when she repeatedly squirts her she-men). This production is definitely recommended, but not necessarily to serious connoisseurs of the hairy pussy.
