Audio/Video Quality: My Little Panties 2 was presented in a 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen as shot by director Eddie Powell for Digital Sin. Using the standard definition MPEG-2 codec, the DVD video bitrate hovered around the 4.2 Mbps area when spot checked, the visuals rarely including any significant errors other than a slight lack of focus on occasion, the lighting handled very nicely indeed. The editing by F.E.W.M. was a bit on the mediocre side though, some transitional shots too abrupt and the camera not allowed to linger when it would have suited my tastes. The composition of the camera angles was solid though, favoring the women in most cases and not centering too often on close-ups as some competitors do, the director long known for his quality of work behind the camera. There was a company watermark in the lower right hand corner for those of you that care either way. The audio was presented in a 2.0 Dolby Digital English, the 192 Kbps audio bitrate using a standard 48 kHz sampling rate to convey the aural portions of the show. The vocals were blended in with music during the tease portion of the scenes, sounding rather bland after that given that most of the ladies were newcomers and the location of the settings inside of a house. There was no obvious separation between the channels and the dynamic range was limited but no more so than the majority of titles you will find for sale these days.

Body of Review: Eddie Powell has long been associated with Digital Sin as a technical guru, his assistance on making some of their best sitcum porn parodies helping to elevate their status in the porn pantheon. His latest release is a substantially more modest one, a five scene all sex title called My Little Panties 2. The emphasis was on relative newcomers to the porn world, the youthful cuties including gals like Lexi Bloom, Tiffany Star, and Alexia Rae. My main concern going it to look at this one was definitely on the talent since Eddie was at the helm on the technical side, women lacking experience almost always showing a severe lack of polish in their scenes. The back cover described the movie like this: “We've plucked 5 fresh pussies just for you! The company has a lot more to offer than this, especially by this director, but the generic sexual situations kept this one from deserving your hard earned money unless you find it on sale in the future or become enamored with some of the ladies in the cast. In short, My Little Panties 2 did offer some attractive young ladies getting into some modest sexual situations worthy of a few loads of your genetic juice but the replay value and strokability were hampered by the way the ladies tended to approach their partners so feel free to give it a look, just don’t expect a whole lot lest you be disappointed.
