As you can see there are also a number of trailers, all of them for parodies.

Bloopers

The bloopers reel is only around three minutes long, though it contains one moment I will never forget. While trying to pull her dress over her bosom, Ashlynn comments that she only has C-cups. I personally find this almost impossible to believe.

Behind the Scenes

The BTS is about ten minutes long and is largely made up of an interview with Ashlynn and director Lee Roy Myers. Mr. Myers wanted to hide the fact that he is a porn director, so his face is pixilated, giving the interview some humor value, but little else. Neither the Bloopers nor the BTS has a lot of skin.

In short, the extras don't really merit a second disk, and one suspects that the reason for the shortened version of the film was to justify the second disk for its marketing value.

FINAL THOUGHTS

Summary

Tru: An XXX Parody is pretty good for a porn movie. The five sex scenes vary in quality; Gracie definitely steals the show, and the BGGG scene is disappointing. The technical quality varies too. The set design, location selection, and camera work are excellent, and the footage is all crisp and well-lit. Still, a horror movie should have excellent makeup, and frankly this aspect of the film sucked. Shay Sights, James Deen and Bill Bailey all wear awful wigs.

This is Ashlynn Brooke's first stab at screenwriting, and I see some real potential. If she is reading this, I urge her to check out Story by Robert McKee. Much of Ashlynn's dialogue is too "on the nose." People rarely say exactly what they mean, nor should characters in a movie. In Story, McKee does a wonderful analysis of the scene in Casa Blanca where Ingrid Bergman is shopping for linens. A lot gets communicated while they are talking about the price of a tablecloth.

Recommendation

Fans of parodies, Ashlynn Brooke and Gracie Glam will enjoy this movie, but few people will want to own it. I recommend it for Rental.
