Audio/Video Quality: Buttman's Evil Live was presented in the improved 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen color as shot by director John Stagliano for Evil Angel in the MPEG-2 codec using 480 resolution. John focused his efforts on raw energy so few of his peers are as capable of providing rather than technical expertise and use of the latest cameras. The levels of grain, video noise, and even pattern effects were okay this time and the action lost nothing due to the flaws on the technical side (the movie was still hot but the bitrate typically hovered around the 5.3 Mbps even if it varied) but the lighting could have been better at limiting the amounts of grain. The composition of the camera angles showed some care put into them, making the ladies virtually always look their best, and this is the strength of John's directorial ability more than anything else (as a producer, he also tends to make fine selections of cast). The large amounts of tease and clothing play along with female masturbation efforts enhanced this one significantly, the four lengthy web scenes providing a lot of strokable tease and sexual misconduct here. The 2.0 Dolby Digital English audio track (in 192 Kbps) was as basic as gonzo porn came be, with limited talking going on outside of John's own directions in the background. The cast could be heard moaning & groaning but this was definitely a limited selection based on audio quality.

Body of Review: John Stagliano and his company, Evil Angel have long been considered part of a wave that revolutionized porn to bring fun to the masses, the director encouraging various people with his gonzo styles. Over the years, this became the dominant form of sexual exploration in movies, helping ferment the internet craze too as technical values were second to the chemistry and passion displayed. Like many other companies have offered up, John now releases four lengthy scenes of wild sexual behavior on a double disc set in the form of Buttman's Evil Live, the action being uncut, unedited, and just as it was when they aired online as they happened. I suspect more porn shot this way will be released on disc as the economic times continue to decimate the industry, content as yet unreleased making its way to the public in any format possible. Clocking in at almost six hours, the scenes are presented "without a net," exactly as shown live on the web. With no editing, you can see the action unfold just as if you were in the room. Scene Three: 11/13/2009: Madison Parker, Jessica Moore, Valerie Luxe, and Nicki Hunter, were then up in a lengthy scene involving a lot of tease with Erik Everhard providing the cock once more. To say they were going without a script would be kind but pacing issues aside, the replay value of the scene was substantial, the oral punctuating just about every other act involved in a Buttman movie. As a rule of thumb, there were fewer toys this time, Erik taking the leading spot by virtue of his manhood, the ladies never letting up as they took turns actively riding his bone like they owned it. In short, Buttman's Evil Live will hopefully signal the release of even more top internet scenes shot for the company websites, though as a fan of the disc format, I have come to being used to longer such scenes given how they are already available. If you like fun sex between people that like one another, you just can't go wrong with this one so check it out.
