Extras: The first disc offered only a pop shot recap as an extra, the bulk of disc space going to the movie. The best extra on the second disc was the 16:10 minute long non-sex version of the movie, a photogallery, some trailers, the usual spam and other extras offered on a Vivid production.

Audio/Video Quality: Wonder Woman XXX was presented in 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen as shot by director Axel Braun for distribution by Vivid Entertainment. This time, Axel and Eli Cross were in the roles of videographer, Kylie Ireland and Andy Appleton as Art Directors, September Dawn as the skilled costumer, and Axel and Mrs. Braun on editing (Level 5 Post taking care of the special effects). The visuals looked great with a handful of green screen effects. The audio was presented in a basic 2.0 Dolby Digital with a 48 kHz sampling rate and 192 Kbps aural bitrate, the vocals clearly heard regardless of the situation. The musical interludes sounded appropriate to the situations but this did not seem as big budget as previous bigger budget parodies by Axel, the sound editing by Seth Cardigan of Mrs. Braun’s musical score adding some nice touches too. Overall, it was still a talented blending of audio and visual elements to add to Axel’s parody resume.

Body of Review: Axel Braun has been acknowledged as one of the top porn parody directors by most credible sources, his former distribution deal with Vivid Entertainment providing some of the best cosplay shows even if the parody elements were light at times. Even though he’s moved on to greener pastures, he shot a variety of titles for them that are still being released, including the latest release of Wonder Woman XXX: An Axel Braun Parody, the DC Comics hero the subject of several parodies over the years. The background of the original comic character was she was created of clay and blessed by the gods, joining the USA in WW II to fight nazis, then later joining the Justice League of America and fighting crime on her own as well as with the male dominated group. This parody had minimal feature elements but Kimberly Kane stood out again, joined by Penny Pax, Ash Hollywood, Melody Jordan, Kristen Price, and Claire Robbins as well as Evan Stone, Ryan Driller, and such reprising their roles from other parody efforts by Axel.

The back cover described the show like this: “Legendary director Axel Braun brings to life the erotic adventures of the world's most beloved super heroine: Wonder Woman! Action, mystery, magic, and steamy hot sex are the key ingredients in this long-awaited adult parody, and the result is another masterpiece of erotic entertainment.” Here’s a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Claire Robbins, a cute redhead, was up first slobbing the knob of Eric “Dr. Fate” Masterson, the Justice Society’s resident sorcerer established as a pervert (though he claimed it was “the helmet”) in his mystic sanctum, the man reclining on his tan couch for her to give some hand to gland friction as she throated his modest erection. Looking through the colored plastic visor, it sure looked like Ryan and his raging erection seemed the same as well, the character he was portraying about as lame as could be (sounding like a villainous math teacher who assigns extra geometry homework on a holiday weekend). Summary: Wonder Woman XXX by director Axel Braun for Vivid Entertainment merited a rating of Recommended if you are looking for a superhero porn parody, the feature elements lighter than I care for but substantially better than many of the ultra low budget parodies that are still made today. There was a good selection of ladies here with Kimberly Kane as the lead, Penny Pax, Ash Hollywood, Melody Jordan, Kristen Price, and Claire Robbins joining in as needed, a few of the guys reprising their roles fairly well too. In short, Wonder Woman XXX: An Axel Braun Parody will likely satisfy the super heroine cravings of comic book fans new and old alike, the movie taking the “sex is more important than story” dynamic again instead of spending much time to the feature aspects few will bother with more than once, if that so give it a look and let me know what you think.
