Audio/Video Quality: The Cougar Chronicles 2 was presented in a visually appealing anamorphic widescreen color using an aspect ratio of 1.78:1 as shot by director Mike Quasar for Zero Tolerance. The lighting was solid and the composition of the scenes enhanced the look of the ladies in most cases though. The sole audio track was presented in 1.0 Dolby Digital English most their company titles are mastered with, the aural experience fairly limited but much like the gonzo titles he likes to shoot. There was also no separation between the channels and the dynamic range was as truncated as ever, standard gonzo audio being okay for most consumers. The voices could be clearly heard though (if a bit hollow), the balancing between those and the music capably handled.

Body of Review: Mike Quasar is a popular director at Zero Tolerance, the guy earning his place in the porn pantheon over the years. His latest title sent to me for review is called The Cougar Chronicles 2, a four scene all sex flick starring such notable hotties as Kaylynn, Mellanie Monroe, India Summer, and Rio Lee. Each of the ladies was chasing younger men, hence the term “cougar”, though some of the trysts lacked chemistry and energy. The back cover described the movie like this: “Your favorite hot and horny mature mamas are back! And they're ready for hardcore action with young hot studs that will satisfy their every need. Be a part of their ongoing story and let these insatiable experiences ladies make your dirtiest fantasies cum true!” Here’s a really brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

In short, The Cougar Chronicles 2 had a modest amount of replay value, strokability, and truth in advertising to make it worth checking out to appreciate a solid cast having a good time for a viewing or two.
