Extras: The only real extra was a 7:31 minute long Behind the Scenes feature where a few of the performers were given some time to interact with the director and crew on their sets. I liked seeing Kaylynn after all these years and while I wished all the ladies were given some time onscreen, it helped keep this one interesting in the extras department. The other extras were the standard package of a photogallery, spam, a pop shot recap, and the advertising on the second side of the DVD cover.

Audio/Video Quality: Fresh Booty was presented in 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen as shot by director LT Turner for Elegant Angel using the standard definition MPEG-2 codec with 480 resolution. The lighting was good with only a few moments that could have been touched up, this being common on LT's sets. Otherwise, there was little grain, only a limited amount of aliasing, some video noise, and mostly minor visual issues that got in the way of having a truly first rate picture in most cases. The composition of the shots tended to favor the ladies nicely, rarely chopping off their heads in a frame or missing out on significant portions of the action. The editing by Bruce Carter was decent though a few of the edits were too abrupt or noticeable but part of that might be due to what kind of footage was presented. I saw no compression artifacts although the bitrate varied substantially, often seeming to be in the 3.9 Mbps range. The audio was presented in the usual 2.0 Dolby Digital English using the 256 Kbps bitrate (and 48 kHz sampling rate), the separation was nonexistent and the dynamic range limited but at least the vocals could be heard most of the time (as could some background noise). In all then, the technical aspects were decent here and the music by William H Nutsack & My Beat Shop added some fun too.

Body of Review: Elegant Angel has been exceptionally popular in recent years due to their emphasis on quality porn over quantity, a number of their movies surpassing the high definition titles released by competitors time and again. While that has not been the major emphasis of director LT Turner, his ethnic titles have pleased many a fan thanks to his devotion to shapely asses of all colors, his latest title called Fresh Booty. The movie has been advertised as a showcase of new talent, even bringing back popular Kaylynn with her new boob job, some mighty fine ass on parade her from others too. The five scenes all offered some sexual heat as LT tapped them silly, only one scene skipping out on backdoor fun (the middle scene with Gizelle XXX in it). Here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

The ladies started making out in lesbian fashion, Bethany seemingly a little uncomfortable at Kaylynn's advances, both ladies changing their emphasis when LT sat down naked on the couch. Bethany only did vaginal here but Kaylynn was the most active of the entire show, her passion and enthusiasm making this the best performance by far in terms of strokability and replay value. But for the uneven approach (pairing up a performer with a lot of talent with an eye candy chick lacking in ability) was a mistake but it helped keep portions of the show interesting, Kaylynn taking the facial that dripped down onto Bethany's pussy.

Summary: Fresh Booty by director LT Turner for Elegant Angel was not his best work of the year, the return of Kaylynn boosting it up substantially overall but not enough to merit a rating higher than Rent It. The technical aspects were decent but the ladies were uneven in terms of how well they performed, the "fresh" booty seemingly unable to strut their stuff well enough to gain more value. In short, Fresh Booty was a solid concept that just didn't live up to the premise in execution, the plethora of fine ladies better known for their ample sample booties than their performing skills so check it out but don't expect as much as you might from seasoned performers like LT is used to offering up.
