Extras: In terms of extras, the 14:28 minute long Behind the Scenes feature was the best for me. Shot by Jamal Johnson and edited by Evulatheng, it showed off the cast during photoshoots, giving interviews, and mugging for the camera. The inclusion of a standard DVD will appease those who have yet to get a Blu-ray player but frankly, given the quality of upgrade and the current price of such devices, I doubt many reading this will be without one. There was also a photogallery and some trailers, a slipcover included as well.

Audio/Video Quality: Losing Kayden was presented in a very appealing 1.78:1 widescreen as shot by director Robby D. for Digital Playground. The movie package included both the standard definition DVD as well as the Blu-ray disc, each looking good though the high definition version was a really nice upgrade. It was edited by Joey Pulgadas and looked exceptional, the production doing a good job of blending the modest feature elements with the sexual trysts again though they were really basic on both accounts this time. The 5.1 Surround audio was also clear in both versions of the movie, the difference less striking but the production sounded like the vocals, music, and ambient noises were all put together well enough, Joey also credited with this aspect of the movie.

Body of Review: Robby D. is the talented lead director at Digital Playground, he and his production team helping mold the contract starlets into the forces of nature they were meant to be. His latest movie sent for review is called Losing Kayden, a showcase title for Kayden Kross as a young lady who runs into her former partners in an awkward moment to relive some good times. The story elements were written by Robby so they remained as basic as ever, just a vehicle for allowing the sexual trysts to take place. Kayden was as hot as ever in terms of her looks, her appeal going beyond that for a great many of us fans, and her acting chops again on display nicely in this release. The back cover described the movie like this: “Sexy superstar Kayden Kross is in trouble! Her man, James Deen, has a gambling problem that even her persuasion of pleasure cannot curb. James loses their house to cheating gangster Steve Holmes in a fixed card game before skipping town. Manuel Ferrara and Erik Everhard are two enforcers sent to check out the latest acquisition when they run into Kayden and Mischa Brooks. Already planning on leaving the gangster business, Manuel and Erik are smitten by the girls. After Erik and Mischa enjoy a passionate tryst, Manuel and Kayden share a hardcore moment that leaves them both breathless. One thing remains, winning the house back from Steve, who is busy banging Alexis Texas. Manuel faces Steve in a final showdown where the tension is high and the stakes are higher. Some men are willing to risk it all to make sure they are not "Losing Kayden".” Here’s a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Kayden Kross, the sexy blond Xcritic blogger featured on the center of the front cover, was up first in bed with gambler James Deen. She tried to dissuade him from gambling by using her feminine wiles, a move that would have worked for me, by embracing him with a series of kisses. Summary: Losing Kayden by director Robby D. for Digital Playground was a feature production showcasing beautiful Xcritic blogger Kayden Kross meriting a rating of Rent It, amounting to a “must have” for the fans of contract star Kayden Kross. The biggest issue I had with the production was the scant footage Allie James had during what would have been credited with BJ-only scene except that it was cut short and very limited material offered up; a sahme given the running time of the movie being so short overall too. Kayden was comfortable in her role and while the movie was not exactly her best work of last year, she was lovely and libido inspiring enough to give this one a look. In short, Losing Kayden had some modest levels of fuck for the buck, a storyline tying the sexual trysts together, and pretty much what I expected of the company so check it out if this sounds like your kind of movie.
