Audio/Video Quality: Vajazzled was presented in a very appealing 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen color as shot by director Miles Long for 3RD Degree using the MPEG-2 codec for the standard definition release (using a standard 480 resolution). The lighting was usually optimal and it generally limited the grain, video noise, and shadows other productions seem unable to get rid of far too often; the crotches not as consistently well lit as they should have been but generally well handled. The composition of the shots were typically flattering to the ladies and there was rarely any doubt about what was going on and where it was going; given the quality of the cast, this made it more enjoyable too. The fleshtones were generally accurate and the bitrate hovered in the mid 5.1 Mbps area so it did not look bad but aside from the light haze here, it was again okay. There were no compression artifacts and the visuals were generally handled pretty well here. The audio was presented in a 2.0 Dolby Digital English using the standard 192 Kbps bitrate and 48 kHz sampling rate of most productions. The music was generic but the vocals; while plain as could be, could be heard in almost all cases; only slightly hollow at times when the ladies were making it clear their limits were being pushed.

Body of Review: Miles Long is one of those directors at 3RD Degree (and elsewhere) that provides a capable set of technical skills with little discernable style most of the time. For him, it's all about the ladies and that makes sense since consumers tend to think the same way. His latest title is called Vajazzled, the premise being that the ladies get their pussies decked out with glitter and small shiny pieces of material (a concept popularized by mainstream actress Jennifer Love Hewitt on talk shows and her book). Personally, I'm not a fan of jewelry but if some hotty wants to showcase their "precious lady" and show it to me, I'm not against it either. The sex scenes included work by sexy Kagney Linn Karter, Charley Chase, and Asa Akira so even if this was just another gonzo production based on a limited appeal gimmick, I figured it would have plenty of stroke value all the same.
