Audio/Video Quality: High Class Ass was presented in an anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 widescreen color the movie was shot in by director Chris Rolie for Jules Jordan Video in the MPEG-2 codec used for standard definition releases (including 480 resolution). There was some variation in the lighting that added additional grain but the credited camera operator (usually called the “director” in most cases) was Chris Streams and his work is always welcome given its quality. The editing was okay at times but sometimes looked a bit forced, one of the benefits of checking out the company website for the live shows certainly being getting to see it all as it airs live. The bitrate hovered all over the place this time, higher than usual with most of the movie in the 4.3 Mbps range, but varying across the board depending on the scene. The audio was presented in a 2.0 Dolby Digital English (at 192 Kbps with a 48 kHz sampling rate) offering that really didn't use any separation in terms of the vocals (there was some potential to do so here too). The dynamic range was also kind of generic, an area that seemed slightly better than earlier efforts and an area that Raul could easily improve to make best use of the great many home theaters in the hands of porn fans everywhere.

Body of Review: Chris Rolie makes lots of foreign porn but his best work for Jules Jordan Video involves engaging domestic ladies in his type of hardcore antics, pushing their respective limits beyond the vanilla porn that so heavily populates the market here. Of special note was the use of high end ladies and comparable men to join them, this aspect of Rolie’s flicks sometimes lacking so enjoy it while you can. In short, High Class Ass had some decent technical values, solid extras, and a cast of attractive women all built for comfort so check it out if you get the chance. Kagney was off the charts compared to previous trysts, I welcomed Maya’s return, and all of the scenes sparked interest.
