Extras: The best extra was the 7:46 minute long Behind the Scenes feature. It was grainy and the colors were not accurate but the female interviewer (not Sunny Leone) asked the usual questions, additional clips added and the gal hawking some website (I couldn’t make it out). Audio/Video Quality: Hollywood Whore! was presented in a 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen color as credited to director Sunny Leone for Sunlust Pictures to be distributed by Vivid in the MPEG-2 codec. The five scenes appear to have been shot for the internet, a couple of them readily available on other titles, the participation of the credited director probably limited in scope (she was not the interviewer behind the camera in the BTS, nor was there any proof she was involved back in 2009 when the scenes were shot between March and December). The video bitrate was decidedly low here, rarely moving above 3.3 Mbps and none of the scenes were optimally shot but the selling point was not technical excellence, it was the latest headlines of a mainstream Hollywood star that involved young Kacey Jordan as one the many hookers picked up by Charlie Sheen over the years. The flesh tones were rarely accurate, the appearance of grain in most scenes weakened the impact of the sex for me, and the overall look of the action was quite amateurish and rushed. The audio was presented in a 2.0 Dolby Digital English, the 48 kHz sampling rate and 192 Kbps audio bitrate not taking full advantage of the medium in the slightest, no separation between the channels was noticed and the vocals were not easily discernable in all cases.

Body of Review: Vivid has long been associated with celebrity sex releases, the company literally carving out a niche where most of its peers stayed away. In its distribution agreement with Sunlust Pictures, they now distribute a curious little title called Hollywood Whore!, five scenes starring a youthful Kacey Jordan shot back in 2009 (and now credited to director Sunny Leone). Kacey has had a mediocre porn career over the last several years but her hookup with actor Charlie Sheen in a (allegedly costing him $30 thousand dollars, as advertised on the cover of this DVD) made the media headlines when she romped over to the tabloids to cash in yet again on the under 3 minute tryst, Charlie still reeling from his encounter with another hooker/porn chick who allegedly stole his Rolex and wallet in a hotel room some months prior. While the front cover advertised these as “5 exclusive new scenes”, at least two of them have been spotted in previous Sunlust Picture titles so your mileage may well vary considerably as to the value of the DVD but it does have Kacey in each scene regardless of quality, director, or other details. The back cover described the movie like this: “Meet Kacey Jordan, the sexy young whore that fucked her way up the Hollywood ladder. Famous for making $30,000 for a 36-hour party with one of TV's biggest stars, she now wants you to see exactly why she gets paid so much to do what she does. This filthy little slut loves to fuck and suck and we have five long scenes where little Kacey does exactly that. In short, Hollywood Whore! was as blatant an attempt to cash in on Kacey Jordan’s profitable tryst with Charlie Sheen as her own mad dash to the well paying tabloid press so you really shouldn’t expect a whole lot from it, certainly not as much as the usual Vivid fare where lighting, camera work, and other technical matters are handled competently but as a quick look at how hooking for dollars has changed over the years, it might be considered priceless.
