Overview:  Couples Camp is a feature presentation from Wicked Pictures studios. One of the studio's finest directors is at the helm for this film. He is Jonathon Morgan. Of course, Mr. Morgan's solid direction and entertaining script will garner some of these acknowlegements. However, the standout performances are primarily from the supporting cast members. The sex scene between Jenna Presley and Randy Spears should obtain award recognition. Kyle Stone will easily receive Best Non-Sex Performance kudos for his role as the gay camp counselor. RayVeness and Randy Spears steal this movie outright despite Mikayla Mendez and Rocco Reed's fun chemistry. Mikayla could attain a best actress nomination for her lead role as the overly-worrisome girlfriend who wants to regain that spark with Rocco even though it really has not gone anywhere. As to Randy and RayVeness, they are superb as the bickering married couple that argues about his lack of sexual hunger and her never-ending voracious sexual appetite. Their high-charged chemisty is noteworthy for award recognition. Randy Spears should receive best supporting actor nods while RayVeness will receive best supporting actress recognition for her outstanding portrayal. It's important to note that she was selected at the last minute for this role so her remarkable performance is even more spectacular. Couples Camp will have it's share of recognition when the AVN's, XRCO's and other notable awards ceremonies come around in 2011. I gladly give this Wicked presentation an XCritic Pick rating.
