Scene One: “Power Play,” directed by Curious Judas, starring Eliza Ibarra and Lucas Frost

Madison (Eliza Ibarra) is at home making a fancy smoothie. Her getup immediately commands attention. She’s in all black with plenty of eye makeup and beautiful long hair to match. It’s a subtle goth babe look, without the excessive tattoos and Hot Topic accessories. On top of all that she sports a devilish grin. If you ever had a thing for Wednesday Addams, you’ll be immediately enthralled.

She’s soon interrupted by a ring at the door. It turns out to be a colleague, Jordan (Lucas Frost), who darkly intones, "I need to talk to you." Unperturbed, Madison brings him into the kitchen to chat. A war of words ensues, with Jordan accusing her of being an unscrupulous ladder-climber who deserves a comeuppance. She matches these barbs with her own: He is no better, and she knows it. The bickering continues for a bit, but they soon discover that they might actually be more similar than they’d like to admit. The tension becomes sexual, and sparks start to fly.

The sex is great. Each party warms the other up with plenty of head. I can’t remember the last time I saw a man in porn eat pussy for so long, and with such relish. For her part, Miss Ibarra sucks cock extremely well. Her ability to deepthroat is, well, breathtaking, and made me hope that Belladonna will cast her for another installment of Fuck Face. Scene Two: “No Peeking,” directed by Joanna Angel, starring Lilly Lit, Stirling Cooper, and Joanna Angel

Jackie (Joanna Angel) and Grant (Stirling Cooper) are making up after a fight earlier in the day — something about their prenuptial agreement. To Grant’s surprise, Jackie is quite apologetic and accepting of culpability. Better still, she wants to take him to the bedroom to show just how sorry she is. After blindfolding him with his tie, she tells him to wait just a minute. Then she hustles to the front door to let in Amber (Lilly Lit). After making sure she’s of age and remembers the plan, Jackie brings her back to the bed Grant is still waiting on. Jackie tells her husband that she’s learned a new blowjob technique from the internet and then unleashes Amber on his cock.

The aesthetic contrast between the two women is great. Jackie is a raven-haired alternative MILF while Amber is a smooth-skinned and barely legal beach babe:

Things are going well (helped along by Amber’s sexy tongue stud) until Grant gets a little too excited and lets his blindfold down. Astounded to find a teenager between his knees, he demands to know what’s going on. Jackie quickly explains that she had been wanting to bring in a third, but just didn’t know how to pitch him on the idea . . . so did it this way instead. Amber is absolutely adorable, but in many ways, Grant steals the scene: his Australian accent is sexy, his muscles well-toned, and his jawline immaculate. The difference in size between the two of them really ups the hotness factor, and as he pounds away at her, you'll find your gaze jumping back and forth between his impressive biceps and her creamy thighs:

Jackie confirms to the viewer that it isn’t, as her gaze goes to a secret camera that has been recording the whole thing. While in theory I like this storyline, in this instance, it’s quite predictable. The moment Jackie says the word “prenup,” you know what’s coming. That said, I doubt very much that many viewers will be very bothered by this, especially since the sex is good.

The sound and video quality are flawless throughout. Woody All-In, who edits most Pure Taboo releases, deserves more praise and fame for how consistently perfect his work is.

Final Thoughts

On the whole, this release reminded me of what arts critic Lawrence Toppman said of Shutter Island, "After four decades, Martin Scorsese has earned the right to deliver a simple treatment of a simple theme with flair." Pure Taboo has certainly released more innovative and ambitious movies than Power Play, but Power Play is still quite good. For my part, I’ve now got a crush on Eliza Ibarra and her dimples, and can’t wait to see her perform again. Simultaneously, the virility of Stirling Cooper fucking Lilly Lit into that mattress keeps playing on loop inside my head. All fans of goth babes and beach bunnies should be sure to watch Power Play.
