Overall Thoughts:

It’s that time to once again go back and get caught up on one of the big releases from last year, that I missed out on watching/reviewing for the site. And this was easily the most talked about movie, and seemed to be one of the reasons that Jessie seemed to take home all of the best new starlet awards at the various awards shows.

And one of my fellow reviewers on the site has already given this our highest rating, XCRITIC PICK, and that was for the DVD version, and luckily for me, I get to check out the Bluray version of it. And like in my previous review, I will try to keep this somewhat short and just highlight a few things while I am watching this. I am guessing that most of you have already seen this or own this, but for those that haven’t, maybe this will convince you it’s time to give it a shot.

Although Elegant Angel are mostly known for their gonzo type stuff, with this movie, they prove that they can mix some great and amazing sex, with a great storyline and even some good acting, which sometimes seems to be the hardest part for some movies.

The surprising thing, is that you could easily watch this and The Girlfriend Experience with Sasha Grey as a nice double feature. Similar movies, this more of a porno, but I’m guessing the soft cut of this could work also.

After watching the movie, I can easily say that I enjoyed this movie, and not only does Jessie deserve credit, but also all the people behind the camera, who gave this movie a great look and once again some great music to really set the mood.  But there is one little thing that I do need to point out, I am somewhat surprised by only offering 2 channel Dolby Digital, would have figured they would have upgraded for the Blu-ray release. But mentioning it was more for just people like me, who care about the technical stuff too.

But going back in the positive direction, you can take a look at the special features, which gives you over 200 minutes of bonus material, which is way above the normal. Plenty of behind the scenes footage, interviews and glimpses in the process of how this movie came to be.

To wrap up this “shorter” review, I can say that this was a great movie, you get the hot gonzo sex you expect with Elegant Angel films, mixed with a great story. And with some amazing camera work and soundtrack (even though 2 Channel), it’s easy for you to get wrapped up in this movie, and maybe forget that you are watching a porno at times. To sum it up, I give this movie, our highest pick too, XCRITIC PICK, congrats to everyone involved with this movie.

The Movie:

At about the 9 minute mark into this movie, is when you realize that you aren’t watching an indy film and it hits you, that oh yeah I forgot this is a porno. And for a big movie nerd like me, and hopefully more most of you out there, that is a good thing. The overall look and feel of this movie is amazing, and I am really looking forward to seeing how this turns out.

As the action starts, it’s good to remember that if you are ever with a call girl, remember that cumming on her face will cost you more.
