Audio/Video Quality: #Pornstar Fantasy was presented in the same anamorphic widescreen the scenes were originally shot by Robby D. for Digital Playground. The cameramen listed were Billy Da Kid, Tommy Banana, and Sir Richard Manwin III while Evulatheng was the credited editor, a lot of jumpy edit points observed Each scene looked fairly similar with decent lighting, solid camera work, and respectable flesh tones but the scenes were shot quickly so your mileage may vary. The video bit rate varied considerably but the scenes looked good and appeared to be original to DVD rather than a compilation of previously release footage. The aural components were presented in 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround but there was no headspace, special effects, or anything else that made me think the sound was rendered in anything except for monaural or basic stereo and then had a surround track encoded in post production.

Body of Review: Robby D. has long been one of the most creative and talented directors in all of porn, his work for Vivid and Digital Playground including some really strong material over the years. Robby’s latest release from DP is a set of scenes previously released on the web compiled and called #Pornstar Fantasy, the single disc release offering some popular performers. Upon first glance, this initially appeared to be a compilation of previously released material but none of the scenes came from DVD that I could tell, ladies like Jesse Jane, Mia Malkova, Dani Daniels, and Bonnie Rotten getting frisky with Erik Everhard, Xander Corvus or others, enhancing the outcome. In all, the five scenes were shorter than usual but offered some strokability and replay value, making it a surprise for me to appreciate so I’m glad I checked it out. Here’s a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Poolside Pounding: Mia Malkova, the light haired lass featured on the right side of the cover, was up first with pool cleaning Xander Corvus, her skimpy bathing suit looking great on her. Summary: #Pornstar Fantasy by director Robby D. for Digital Playground was a compilation of web scenes focusing on high end hotties engaging in fantasy fulfillment, the editing down to the basics meriting a very solid Rent It rating, my desire for smoother flowing scenes that lasted longer and had more variation trimming back the rating a little. In short, #Pornstar Fantasy was advertised as having a plethora of top notch babes boning and I think many will enjoy the results here so check it out.
