Audio/Video Quality: Jesse’s Girls was presented in the same aspect ratio the scenes were originally shot by Robby D. and other directors for Digital Playground. Unlike some compilations on the market, this one cut right to the sex so each scene was edited to a degree, nothing crucial for the majority of rain coaters and no company watermark onscreen at all times but parts of the buildup missing. Each scene looked fairly similar with decent lighting, solid camera work, and respectable flesh tones but the scenes were shot quickly so your mileage may vary. The video bit rate varied considerably but the scenes looked much like I remember the originals otherwise if that helps your decision. The aural components were presented in Dolby Digital but there was no headspace, special effects, or anything else that made me think the sound was rendered in anything except for monaural or basic stereo and then had a surround track encoded in post production. Regardless, I could hear most of the cast just fine, including those behind the camera when I paid attention, that always part of the fun of the series.

Body of Review: Robby D. was once the groundbreaking lead director at Digital Playground, his works copied far and wide by lesser peers. The latest company compilation featuring his work is called Jesse’s Girls, a variety of scenes starring Jesse Jane in lesbian scenes with other contract performers and women that worked with her when she was at the company. The single disc release included a couple hours of material, much of it strokable with a great cast in the scenes, the emphasis advertised as focusing solely on Jesse Jane in lesbian trysts. Here’s a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Jesse Jane: Reckless: Jesse Jane, Alyssa Reece: Jesse Jane, in a black evening dress and sheer stockings, masturbated in a gold patterned chair as sultry brunette Alyssa Reece teased her, the ladies kissing before the clothing started peeling off in seductive fashion. The scene was very dark but other than sucking tits, caressing boobs, and gobbling gash, Jesse used a vibrator to pork Alyssa’s pussy with, the gal’s hard body looking fitter than Jesse’s in the short but sweaty scene. They ended it by roughing each other up, the scene ending while they were still engaging each other.

Scene Two: Jesse’s Juice: Jesse Jane, Cayton Caley: Cayton Caley, a sexy gal with dark brownish red hair and a fine figure, was up next on the stairs with Jesse Jane. Both were dressed in minimal clothing and Jesse sported her handgun, seemingly applying a rape fantasy on Cayton that included the use of handcuffs to the railing. It was slow and sensual, using similar oral as the previous scene (two lesbian scenes in a row didn't seem like a good idea though), with each giving as well as they received. Jesse remained dominant here and pulled out a large glass toy, using it on Cayton before she left her friend and walked away up the stairs.

Scene Three: Posh Kitten: Jesse Jane, Jenaveve Jolie: Jesse Jane, playfully wearing a mask and piece of string, was up on a couch scene with Jenaveve Jolie next as the two spanked one another. Jenaveve's more traditional lingerie looked good on her and Jesse being tied up had some appeal too but the scene didn't go anywhere and that was a waste. Jenaveve ate some chocolate and teased Jesse with some rubbing but mostly masturbated when there was a perfectly willing partner to offer some rug munching with.

Scene Four: No Limits: Jesse Jane, Jessica Drake: Jessica and Jesse, the gals on the left and right of Devon on the front dvd cover, had a scene together. This was advertised as Jesse's first scene ever and the two looked great in the dark office. Lots of licking went on and then a glass dildo was used. The bonus sex footage contained some more of this one but I wished it lasted longer.

Scene Five: Jesse In Pink: Jesse Jane, Jana Cova: Jana Cova, the beautiful Czech contract gal, took charge of tied up hotty Jesse Jane in the living room; using her riding crop to teach Jesse a lesson about being a good slut while both wore the requisite pink. Jesse had bigger looking breasts but Jana's aggressive and open sexuality was a treat for me on a whole different level; getting to see both of them do each other a great experience. Jana continued giving the orders as Jesse ate her lovely cookie out, the fingering and face sitting becoming the icing on the proverbial cake. Jana reciprocated with some fingering on Jesse too, the still-bound hotty appearing to have a great time as well.

Scene Six: Devon: Erotique: Jesse Jane, Nikki Benz, Tereza Ilova: Jesse Jane, dressed in black underwear and a fishnet outfit, Nikki Benz, another blonde in a similar outfit, and brunette Tereza Ilova dressed likewise, were up next in a lesbian scene that employed red wine on the balcony of a mansion and the bottles too, in order to provide props for the gals to work with. I enjoyed it but it was far tamer a scene than I'm used to so while the gals looked fabulous; it was a less filling scene for me (even with talent like this!).

Scene Seven: Contract Star: Jesse Jane, Teagan Presley: Jesse, and Teagan, were the last up with a blazingly hot lesbian scene where they started out by wearing the same red outfits they had on the front DVD cover. To say the two looked better in the movie than the cover (which is not typically the case with porn) would be an understatement as each provided enough eye candy to get a guy off before the sex actually started. The two licked and rubbed each other, with a bit of spanking to boot although fans may be disappointed to learn that neither went down on the other; something all lesbian scenes should have in my opinion. In any case, the gals used some cool glass toys on one another (I wonder how much they'd go for at auction?) and provided some nice energy in this scene billed as the first time the two worked together. I have to also give kudos to whomever decided to have Teagan bend over the desk as she plowed Jesse since she has the perfect body to do so (and I do mean PERFECT!).

Scene Eight: Jack’s Playground 8: Jesse Jane, Penny Flame, Lonnie: Jesse, Lonnie, and Penny, all played naked Twister for Robbie and then gave him a show worth watching. There was no meat here, nor were there any toys, just licking and fingering, but they all looked great. I think they liked the action and got off but it would've been better if it lasted longer.

Scene Nine: Island Fever 4: Jesse Jane, Sophia Santi, Jana Cova: Jesse Jane, the gal on the center of the front DVD cover, and hotty Jana Cova, the gal on the right side of her, were up first as they orally enjoyed one another in slow motion to marching music inside of a lagoon on Bora Bora. Jesse was the dominant partner as she ate, fingered, and spanked her gal pal with Jana returning the favor a little before the scene closed out. Both of them looked very appealing here. Jana Cova and Sophia Santi, both visions of loveliness, were up next as they played with one another in the water. This time, the duo seemed a bit less into the action; still having fun but not to the level of some of the other pairings. The jazz inspired score was so slow as to almost put me to sleep but again, in terms of physical beauty, the pair was exceptionally fine.

Scene Ten: Mothers and Daughters: Jesse Jane, Riley Steele, Selena Rose, Vicki Chase, Kayden Kross: Kayden Kross, Riley Steele, Jesse Jane, Selena Rose, and Vicki Chase were then up in the ending lesbian orgy, the company always seemingly adding one in to showcase their top talent in big budget movies. Kayden and Riley paired up while Jesse did Selena and Vicki, the ladies swapping partners as they kissed, groped, eat snatch, and otherwise got off. They all seemed delighted to do each other and I remember that a few of them were quite vocal last year when the movie was shot at how much they were anticipating the tryst, how much they got off, and how much they were truly tapped once it was all over since they poured everything they had into it. The fluidity of partners was interesting and enough was going on to give a viewer something new every time they watched it, the lack of toys and men did not weaken it in the slightest from my point of view.

Summary: Jesse’s Girls by director Robby D. for Digital Playground was a dedicated compilation of lesbian scenes focusing on attractive Jesse Jane regardless of what sex acts she partook in, the mileage varying considerably as to how good some scenes were. I rated the compilation from the company archives as a very solid Rent It, my belief that unaltered scenes work best in their original context, enough of these ladies showing how much they enjoyed gobbling gash that you’d think the company might have listed the scenes on the cover. In short, Jesse’s Girls was advertised as having a plethora of Jesse Jane scenes for those that might have missed out as they were released so give it a look if this appeals to you.
