Jesse Jane Dirty Movies has several things going for it. Primarily, there's Jesse herself. I think she's at a point in her career in which one can safely say that she is at the top and that few equal her. In addition to Jesse, the movie benefits from a very cute--yet twisted--plot that is nicely played out by the performers. And, the cast of female supporting actresses is composed of very pretty women: Cindy Hope, Brandy Blair, and Krissy Lynn.

On the other hand, Jesse Jane Dirty Movies fails in several regards. Out of five scenes, the sex in one is worth a solid "A+," two get "B's," one earns a "C," and one gets a "D." Of course, Jesse Jane appears in the only "A+" scene. By my way of thinking, several important attributes are missing from some of the sex scenes. First, Charles Dera doesn't eat Jesse's pussy in Scene Five. That's ludicrous...I'd give almost anything if she'd sit on my face and fuck it until she cums in my mouth. Second, beautiful Cindy Hope is something of an ice queen...she doesn't cum during her scene. In addition, Brandy Blair doesn't climax either. Finally, there's a boy/boy/girl threesome in which the guys (Mick and Tommy) never double-penetrate Krissy Lynn. I'm not much of a fan of b/b/g trios since I'm too greedy to share a woman with another guy. In fact, I really don't see the need for a second dick unless the guys DP the girl.

More disturbing than the mediocre sex in two of the scenes (which serves, I think, to make Digital Playground contract star Jesse look great while the other girls pale in comparison) is the terrible video color. Instead of appearing young, vital, sexy, and healthy, the girls appear haggard and gaunt due to the terrible lighting and/or camera settings. To be specific, the color balance is too cold and the saturation is too low. For shame, director Robby D.

I have scolded Digital Playground directors about such video in the past when I wrote to them about the same color problems that were evident in Riley Steele Honey. I was told this cockamamie story: "Celeste wanted the bluish, desaturated colors to emphasize the melancholy and loneliness associated with the search for modern love. 1. Director Robby D. is one of the most knowledgeable directors in porn. He definitely knows his way around a camera and lighting.

3. If #1 and #2 above are true, then Robby D. purposefully chose to make the girls look ugly and gaunt, to exacerbate their bodies' minor flaws, and to give us a cold and less-than-appealing experience. This in inexcusable.
