Audio/Video Quality: Sharing Is Caring was presented in anamorphic widescreen as shot by various directors including Robby D. and Billy Visual for Digital Playground under their DP Flixxx line. Each scene had different visual strengths and weaknesses, the framing and steady camera work of Billy Visual seen at times just as the creative edits of Evulatheng and PJ Bronson were duly noted, art direction by Kylie Ireland and Andy Appleton helping to upgrade the look of some scenes. Several of the scenes were so short however that I had the distinctive impression much of their best parts either landed on the editing room floor or were just never realized in the final product, the amount of compression artifacts about average when displayed on a big screen television. The aural aspects by Seth Cardigan and others left uncredited showed some basic stereo captured and changed to 5.1 Surround in post production, my headphones helping me figure there were some background noises and no separation between the channels though the music was generally appropriate to the visuals and the vocals were crisp most of the time.

Body of Review: Digital Playground was once a generic porn production company until they became one of the dominant producers of features using a highly acclaimed contract girl system to score more awards than anyone could count. They then sold to a web based company known for web scenes and vignettes but they seem to be searching for a healthy balance of features, mini-series, and individual scenes, all of which end up on various DVD’s over time. Big fans generally join the company website to appreciate these works though some of us still collect porn on disc (such as myself) so here is a review of their latest, a compilation of unrelated web scenes from last year by various production crews working under the DP Flixxx banner, a title called Sharing Is Caring, a tribute to threesomes. The five scenes each provided a threesome starring ladies such as Selena Rose, Jessa Rhodes, Ash Hollywood, or Kalina Ryu to name a few, the dynamic selected being one where two women were provided to each guy. The scene descriptions from the company website are listed below and are usually fairly accurate, no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Modern Families: Cathy Heaven, Jasmine Jae, and Danny D. were up first in a parody of modern day relationships, the guy having married himself while other members of the family included a lesbian couple that adopted a full grown man (Ryan Ryder) so they wouldn’t have to wait as long or an old geezer marrying a big boobed hotty that saw him as a meal ticket. Summary: Sharing Is Caring by Digital Playground was a compilation of web scenes where two women would get one guy to fuck, the resulting quality levels all across the board in the unrelated trysts so I rated it as a Rent It. Individual scenes shined by comparison and served as the basis for why a fan would do better to join the company website than buy this kind of DVD, few of them worth specifically owning on DVD. That said, the way ladies like Selena Rose, Ash Hollywood, Jade Nile, and Jessa Rhodes did add some stroke value so adjust the rating as you see fit but for me, Sharing Is Caring needed a lot more polishing up to add any collectability in the DVD format so check it out before laying out the hard cold cash.
