Extra's: The best extra was easily the 20:11 minute long Behind the Scenes feature that used a bunch of footage Pete shot while interviewing the ladies. They were shown in various states of undress, offered up more tease, and even gave some silly time to his male coworkers (though most of it was cut short). There was also a photogallery and cum shot recap from the scenes, a second cover with other covers on it, and a cardboard box with various pictures from the scenes.

Audio/Video Quality: Whatabooty 4 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as shot by director Mr. Pete for Red Light District. The lighting was good and that helped keep the grain, video noise, and other flaws to a minimum Though the movie opened up to a bunch of grain so be patient). The fleshtones were accurate and the camera work was generally good with the composition of the shots enhancing the ladies' looks most of the time. There were no serious problems with compression artifacts (though the bitrate was often in the lower 4 Mbps range) or significant shadows to contend with so I found the picture appealing (as will most people that like solid, flat, lighting as RLD is generally known for providing) and acknowledge Pete for doing a fine job. The audio was nothing special although encoded in 2.0 Dolby Digital English using 192 Kbps bitrate encoding. The processing done in post production aside, the vocals were seemingly recorded in monaural and the music not a big factor so it wasn't a problem but it wasn't anything worth extra points either.

Body of Review: Mr. Pete has been directing for Red Light District awhile now and as his technical skill grows, I'm pleased to point out that his love of the ladies has not diminished in any significant manner. He has his favorite gals to work with and tends to admire ladies with large asses more than anything, but the basic fact is that he once came across as kind of creepy but now seems to present a more professional dynamic in his works. His latest title making it my way was Whatabooty 4, a series I last saw with Whatabooty 2, that showcases ladies with ample samples having fun after providing decent levels of booty tease along the way. There were only five scenes this time and they were not as lengthy as some of Pete's previous works but there was still a lot to like here, making it something to check into. Should that prove to be what you're looking for, here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Morgan Reigns, a bountiful beauty with a girl next door appeal, was up first as she pranced about in black booty shorts and a matching mesh top. There was something familiar about her beside the fantastic eyes and great ass, Morgan showing Mr. Pete some positive vibes along the way. Jenny has a cute overbite that I find appealing and her lingerie enhanced her look as she sipped her drink outside on the perfect morning by the pool. Ian proved to be a decent replacement for Pete in that he was equally into stuffing his face in Jenny's ass, then pounding her pussy until Jenny reciprocated with a fair hummer while on her knees. This pattern of oral and vaginal action repeated itself with my biggest issue being that some of the camera work and editing seemed rushed. Jenny's recent experiences with anal sex were not mirrored here but at least she kissed the guy a bit to try and make a connection (it didn't work but at least she tried). The wad of spew flew onto her ass in much more copious quantities than Pete had before but this is likely because Pete works a whole lot more than Ian (on and off camera) so the scene that I picked the movie up for was okay but not her best work.

Scene Three: Amber Peach, a chunky little love monkey, was the curviest gal of the movie; looking remarkably like a heavyset Penny Flame. I like a few pounds on a lady since anorexic gals don't appeal to me much and it was clear that Mr. Pete agreed with my sentiments by the way he serviced her pussy and ass orally. She had noticeable goose bumps long before Pete dropped a load on her ass and while it wasn't a great scene, it was the best on many ways for the movie.

Scene Four: Vida Valentine, a light skinned black gal in a satin blue outfit, was up next in what appeared to be more of a vignette than a gonzo scene as she showed her house off to Mr. Pete (claiming she married a rapper). While not overly cute, she was another gal built for comfort over speed, her frisky playfulness out by the pool refreshing on several levels. She continued to tease him and took him to where the "real magic happens at" in the form of her bedroom; shaking her booty in doggy to attract him over for some anal loving as prescribed by the bootiologist himself. I didn't like his spitting on her cookie and while she was no stranger to sucking a cock, she let him do too much of the work, but the overall scene was slightly too generic for me. The lack of personal chemistry didn't help any more than the fact that he did most of the work, the anal showing her limits even more. The scene ended with her taking his small load into her mouth with some post coital sucking as a follow up but while I'd buy a lap dance from her, the scene lacked strokability for me.

Scene Five: Kristina Rose, a gal with a heart shaped booty of great proportions, was up last as she danced out by the pool in her pink outfit; the mesh top showing her nipple erections and the booty shorts swallowed by her ample sample. I liked that she smiled, had intoxicating eyes, and presented a wonderfully inviting attitude as studly John Strong as well as moper James Deen stepped in front of her. She alternated between their two cocks to suck them off and I have to give some credit to James for going down on her, however briefly, but my main complaint here was also the way she was so passive during the penetrative portions of the scene. I think she's a hotty and I want to see a lot more of her in movies but if that means she will only be at her best when doing a single guy, she should stick to those kinds of scenes. The vaginal pounding showed she can take a lot of punishment and her oral skills were delightful but the limitations kept this scene from adding enough spark to merit a lot of replay. The men ended the action by feeding her two mouthfuls of sperm to swallow (after lame James spit in her face a few times) but it wasn't her best work to date.

Summary: Whatabooty 4 by director Mr. Pete for Red Light District suffered not from a lack of enthusiasm on the part of the director but more from the performances he was dealing with by the ladies. All of them showed some potential but much of it was untapped potential and fans of anal sex might remember that there was no guarantee of back door antics either. Summing up the experience then, the movie warranted a rating of Rent It for me but at least the ladies had curvy asses that I could get into, unlike so many booty flicks released these days. In short, Whatabooty 4 was not as good as the last volume I reviewed, Whatabooty 2, but it might merit a view or two to drain your spew.
