Extra's: The first disc of the double disc set had no extras, losing the interview and trailers from the SD version; though there was a true double sided DVD cover and cardboard slipcase still included. The second disc was just a generic compilation of her scenes from five movies, including Face Invaders 2, Meet the Fuckers 8, The Doll House #2, POV Centerfolds #6, and Pussy Cats #2 (some described in detail below).  There were also some trailers on the second disc for those who care. All of the bonus scenes were presented in high definition and they were newer scenes than the original release of this title had so kudos to Zero Tolerance for thinking this way.

Audio/Video Quality: Interactive Sex with Jenna Haze was presented in 1.78:1  widescreen color as shot by director Mike Quasar for release by Zero Tolerance using the VC-1 codec on this Blu-ray version, the resolution clocking in at 1080i, a distinctive upgrade from the 480p the SD version had. This being the second virtual sex release by the company, they wisely used as Mike as he is their most versatile director. There was a fair amount of POV (point of view) sex and the lighting was generally quite nicely handled with a balance between the harsher lights of gonzo and the softer lights of feature porn being deployed for the clips. There were multiple angles as with other companies and what was offered was nicely put together. It wasn't the best looking such release in the genre in SD but it sure looked fine in this upgraded version, Jenna rarely looking more life like to me (outside of occasionally seeing her at shows each year). The audio was in 2.0 Dolby Digital English using the same 48 kHz sampling rate and 192 Kbps bitrate the original had as if a direct port of it. Aside from a single section of droning music, the vocals were the primary means of communicating the mode of clips. They were slightly on the low side (or perhaps a few of them were just on the loud side) but Jenna Haze is an excellent performer when it comes to vocalizing dirty talk and the audio picked it up well.

Body of Review: Mike Quasar is currently one of the best directors in porn, even if he downplays his skill routinely as a defense mechanism. His work for Zero Tolerance has often set the standard for gonzo elsewhere, making him their go-to guy when someone needs something shot as though they directed it. His latest title is Interactive Sex with Jenna Haze, starring the lovely Jenna Haze, a virtual sex release that allows you to control many types of action featuring the performer, with multiple angles to double the fun. I liked his first foray into the field of virtual sex with Interactive Sex with Courtney Cummz so I knew this would become a big seller, the larger than average cover alone making a lot of fans happy at the 2007 AEE Show awhile back, with me noticing how many times fans would approach her to get one signed (even though she was at another booth). In any case, the general premise of such a DVD set is to give fans something focusing on a single performer and this joins her work for current boyfriend Jules Jordan in Jenna Haze: Dark Side as must have titles for your collection. This review is an updated version of the old one with some extra emphasis on what has been upgraded and what has been changed, the bottom line being that it looked far superior to the original.  That said, here's a short glimpse into the action from the movie, noting that condoms were not used and most of the meat puppets were not credited properly:

Dress Up: Jenna Haze initially is kicked back in spread eagled fashion on a couch, giving the viewer three choices of outfits that she'll put on, including a Coed, Lingerie, and Bondage selection. The coed was essentially the porn equivalent of a schoolgirl outfit with white, long sleeve shirt, red plaid skirt, and stripper shoes with white stockings and glasses. She stripped on the balcony of a wooded estate, to generic music as she ground her hips during the act. The lingerie outfit was a white and pink bit of fluff that supported her youthful look (she's a lot older than she looks) with an emphasis on her grinding of the hips and ass shots. Like most of the movie, a soft focus was used, perhaps to cover up visual flaws, but it still served the purpose well enough. The bondage outfit returned the gal outside on a different terrace, with black tape on her nipples, a matching corset, garters and fishnet stockings with the stripper shoes, collar and riding crop as accessories. To be fair, she probably did not have the music to dance to so her out of beat movements were not her fault. She looked appealing in each sequence, even though they were far too short.

Masturbation: This selection had Jenna Haze fingering and rubbing herself silly on the staircase. She was a natural here and the alternative choices were to use a large glass dildo (a colorful one that stretched her more than a little bit) or to do anal with a toy. She continually moaned and provided vocals, while a bit over the top, done in a decent fashion to give you something to inspire you as you play with yourself. The smaller anal toy, a blue dildo, was okay but she really didn't do as hot a job as I've seen her in other flicks during the warm up.

Oral: The oral was interesting in that it was divided up into two subsections that provided a slow and easy dynamic or a fast and furious dynamic. This is much like the genre standard of nasty versus nice but I have to admit that Mike did a decent job plotting this part out. There were several choices with regard to how the cocks were sucked here, starting with the generic blowjob and moving to a double BJ assisted by Alektra Blue. The dynamic choices here were for the gals to shut the fuck up or to talk dirty, giving fans of each something to work with. In the final selection, you could have the anonymous sperm donor come in Alektra's mouth for cumswapping and swallowing with Jenna.

Missionary: The selections here were the vaginal, the anal, the fill her up, and the bondage; each with some nice side material to enhance the routine a bit. There was a choice for creampies or for the guy to jerk out a wad onto her lower abdomen too; the bondage version allowing you to have her strip naked. The fast versus slow dynamic came back into play here, serving the viewer well as she provided a lot of dirty talk chatter as many of us prefer.

Cowgirl: This was much like the last scene with the Coed outfit replacing the bondage one for some variation. The anal and choices for speed of the action made it a decent bit; the continued use of a real pop shot being a saving grace for many detractors that have railed loudly about the CGI popshots generated elsewhere.

Doggie: This continued the formulaic approach by replacing the coed outfit with the lingerie from the tease section. I have to admit that I liked the doggy position best and some of you will appreciate that the anal was among the best in this type of show to date.

Jenna & Friend: Jenna Haze was then up again with Alektra Blue in a bed where they used each other completely. The choices were kissing, oral, strap on dildo, and double BJ (a replay of the previous portion from the hummer part of the flick). In the strap on portion, the gals switched out roles as dominant, with a lot of dirty talk making it especially hot to me. Still, the kissing was a lot of fun too, more than I would have imagined, thanks in large part to the chemistry they displayed.

Bonus Scene One: Face Invaders 2: Jenna Haze, the cover cutie that has a substantial following of fans these days that relish her return from lesbian only contract work, was up next in her sexy little black outfit. She was one of the most aggressive hotties of the show when it came to sucking her partner off, keeping eye contact with the camera and allowing Courtney to assist her a bit. It was also a shorter than average scene by virtue of her own skills at inhaling cock but you can see what I mean for yourselves. Whew!

Bonus Scene Two: Meet the Fuckers 8: Courtney Cummz, the babe standing on the front cover, and Jenna Haze sitting beside her, were up first with Tommy Gunn as the ladies got a chance to appreciate each other while in sexy lingerie. There was more Jenna Haze fuck for the buck than anything released in a very long time (second only to Dark Side), the replay value was superior to most offerings in the genre, and the strokability of the action was undeniable; even for a guy like me that appreciates how cute she is but prefers curvier gals. The technical values and uniquely made extras could have been better but I thought Interactive Sex with Jenna Haze was clearly a title I thought earned every bit of a Highly Recommended and for fans of the lady, there is no disputing that it was collector material (thanks in large part to the many selections and variations of the material on the main disc). I appreciate that the extra scenes all starred Jenna Haze and were all remastered in high definition, making this a very worthwhile plunge for those fans so equipped to handle the material in the upgraded visual format.
