Audio/Video: The audio is presented in a clear 5.1 Digital Surround Sound. If you have a PS3 as your Blu-ray player you can enhance your sound up to +4 times for an added boost. The video quality is presented in a crisp, and clear full HD 1080p (1920 x 1080 ratio). Both the menus and the video itself are very vivid, and the colors are rich. This is actually the first Blu-ray I've watched, and I am thoroughly impressed with the overall quality.

Overview: This feature is a rather funny story about two guys who are looking for a place to live ending up finding a rather unusual roomate, and some hilarious hijinks as well. This feature is filled with many sexual encounters, and of course, it is all in High Definition!!!

PLOT

Two rather goofy guys find this villa apartment house for rent. When they realize how much the place actually costs they convince the landlord that they have another roomate who will arrive in a week to help with the costs. The reality of it is that they now have to scramble to find a suitable roomate before the landlord gets back. After searching through some equally hilarious roomate applicants including an overacting gay guy, and a guy who jerks off right in front of them, the two settle on a hot blonde haired girl in tight blue jeans. From then on the new girl starts roaming the apartment in the nude. The two guys begin to think she's up to something as she gets many visitors during the day. The one guy without a girfriend thinks up a scheme to find out just whats going on ... acting like a regular visitor/customer of the nude girl, the guy rings the doorbell dressed as an amish guy. Needless to say the antics of the two guys continue on throughout the movie in a goofy manner, and every once in a while there is a rather lengthy sex scene thrown in the mix. The story is well orchestrated, and the sex scenes are very hot. Lighting on the performers as well as the picture clarity, and detail is excellent. The Italian style music that is played during the plot scenes was well chosen, and matches the atmosphere of the movie.

Sex Scene 1: Breanne Benson

Breanne is one of the guys girlfriends. She meets the boyfriend for sex at the beinning of the movie. The sex scene is intimate, and feels as if you (the viewer) were there. There's cowgirl, oral, missionary, and spooning in this scene. Breanne takes the guys load on her face, and in her mouth. This scene was pleasant to watch, and not really hardcore.

Sex Scene 2: Janie Summers

This is the scene where the guy dressed as an amish man gets a very sexual massage from the nude roomate. The massage leads to sex when Janie begins to strip off her bra, and massage the guy with her breasts. I thought it was rather kinky. The scene reminded me of something from a sexual comedy. the guy still wearing his fake amish beard, and looking goofy, gets serviced by Janie. There's more oral sex in this scene, but there is also some cowgirl sex thrown in the scene. In the end the nude roomate sucks the guy's cock until he explodes in her mouth, and then she keeps on sucking. I liked this scene a lot! It's goofy, but sexual nature kept my attention.

Sex Scene 3: Diamond Foxxx

One of the guy's hot looking Mother, played by Diamond Foxx, drops by to bring a warming gift. She seduces the guys friend, and the two hit the bedroom ... First he starts off by sucking cock, then they move on to some riding, doggystyle, and other sex styles. In the end the guy dumps his load onto his friend's mother's tits. I thought this scene was rather hot considering the milf factor!

Sex Scene 4: Cindy Hope

The Landlord returns from his trip to europe, and finds a girl in the house. She is a massuese just like Janie, and was filling in for her. This time, though, the landlord massages her ... He has her strip down naked and lie face down on the table. From the there the massage gets increasingly sexual. soon the pair are at it. Cindy sucks his cock for a bit, and then there's some missionary style sex as well. This was a rather sexy scene, and Cindy is a much prettier girl to me than Janie. This is definitely one of my favorite sex scenes in the movie!

Extras: The extras include 'Bonus Trailers' of other adult Blu-rays available ... 'Photo Gallery' Which shocases some pictures from the movie ... and a 'Behind the Scenes Featurette' which shows some footage of the performers as they get ready to shoot the scenes.

Final Thoughts: This was the first Blu-ray I've ever watched, and I was impressed with the overall quality. The 1080p HD picture was very clear, and the lighting throughout the entire film was excellent. The 5.1 digital surround sound was also extremely good. From the quirky beginning of this feature to the sex scenes, it all seemed to be put together very well. I loved the story! It had a sort of American Pie feeling to it, only with more detailed sex scenes. The whole thing was enjoyable, and I'm quite glad I chose it to review. I can honestly give this an Xcritic Pick, and I don't often do that.
