Audio/Video: Private tends to put together the highest quality adult entertainment on the planet. This DVD isn't up to the standards of some of the highest big budget adult entertainment. Some scenes were a touch dark, and others I found to be not so clear as others. I found no noticeable issues or annoyances with the audio, however.

Extras:
This is a very basic DVD from Private. There are other titles from Private, such as "The Private Life of Julie Silver", "Ass to Mouth", "XXX 26", "The Private Adventures of Pierre Woodman 10" & "Lady of the Rings 2". To open the DVD there is also an extended trailer for "Mission Possible", the latest big budget release from Private entertainment. There are also helpful profiles of some of the girls and information about the Private corporation. Like all Private, DVDs, you can choose which language you'd like to hear the screams of ecstasy. One thing that's a bit odd is that on the back of the DVD, it mentions production notes. No link to production notes were found on this DVD.

Body of Review:
This DVD claims to be "Shot especially for the perverted, this is a banquet of fresh pussy and mouth watering anal, the awesome Miss Susi Medusa is inviting you to dinner." I'm not sure about the grammaticism of the statement, but I think Miss Susi got her point across. This DVD features five scenes of fetish related attire focusing on hardcore anal sex.

Scene 1 Julie Silver

A male is tied up in fetish wear, and has the luxury of a hot Czech sucking his cock. To make this even a better treat, it happens to be Julie Silver, the hottie on the DVD cover. After giving particular oral attention to the cock, the man is unbound and goes right for some anal fingering, prepping her for what's to come. The highlight of the scene was a some great spoon anal scenes, with Julie awkwardly looking directly in the camera through the entire scene. It's a trademark of Private, but once you get over that aspect the portion of the scene was rather hot. The scene ends with a messy facial. This isn't the best scene I've seen out of Private, rather short, and the fetish aspect was incredibly light, outside of the outfits adorned.

Scene 2: Sarah O'Neal & Sarah Blue

Two hot ladies are playing with their privates, and thankfully the camera is rolling to catch all of the bean rolling and labia slapping action. Summary:
Although claiming to be a fetish DVD, there wasn't a whole lot of fetish action on the DVD. There was some brief male bondage in the opening scene, and a little foot play in the fourth, but aside from that, it was just typical sex with an emphasis on anal play. Not that this is a bad thing, but I felt a touch misled. The final scene with cover girl Julie Silver is ultra hot, but I still have to say, Rent It as you can find much much better films from Private.
