Audio/Video Quality: Ass Masterpiece 9 was presented in letterboxed widescreen as shot by the uncredited directors of Naughty America, the MPEG-2 offering standard definition (480 resolution) and a video bitrate typically in the 3.2 Mbps area when spot checked. The scenes were all basic and certainly not standing out as high end web-to-DVD efforts but fairly decent at showcasing curvy ladies fairly well. The composition of the shots was standard and basic, the camera spending most of the time favoring the ladies as they went through the paces with the various men, all of the scenarios minimalist at best. The audio was presented in 2.0 LCPM with a bitrate of 1536 Kbps, the ambient noises and musical elements pretty limited and not factors in enhancing the visual aspects at all, but not detracting from them either.

Body of Review: Naughty America is best known as an internet porn producer that releases a small number of scenes onto DVD in various series, probably as advertisements to their extensive collections of original content. Their scenes tend to be on the short side, a kind of “down and dirty” approach with minimal tease after some dialogue establishes the premise of whatever the scene is supposed to show. I was sent their latest release, called Ass Masterpiece 9since I am what is commonly referred to as an “ass man” but previous ventures into the series left me with the belief that anal was not going to be a frequent occurrence here, if shown at all. The ladies stacked up well though with Isis Love, Krissy Lynn, Sara Jay, Diamond Kitty, and Jayden Jaymes; the meat puppets faring substantially worse in most cases. That said, a quick look at their website did not show any of the scenes to be readily available at this time, their usual distribution method being to showcase scenes on the website before releasing a DVD. Here’s a very brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Jayden Jaymes, an attractive brunette with gleaming eyes and an ever increasing rump, was up first in a generic tryst in an apartment living room, her bikini slowly taken off as Derrick Pierce came to service her. She went into the shallow portion of the pool (perhaps a hot tub enabled section) and took off her shorts, her purple thong riding so deep inside her ass crack that it got lost. Summary: Ass Masterpiece 9 by Naughty America was worth a rating of Rent It to me, my long held belief being that fans would probably be better served obtaining a membership for a month or so to check out all the other scenes by your favored performers rather than scrape the tip of the iceberg with a DVD. In short, Ass Masterpiece 9 was fun enough for a few sessions of hand to gland action, the value as a keeper depending on your personal tastes in casting and type of vignettes but this might be better suited as an introduction to some of the company’s various series more than anything else so check it out. All of the ladies had some definite physical appeal but don’t expect the advertised “juicy, jiggly, plump round asses being pounded” the back cover stated since anal was alluded to but not delivered.
