This recent entry from Girlfriends Films tosses out their typical four scene feature… in favor of a three scene feature. While this might sound like a bit of a scam, they actually make up for it in the extras, but more on that in a bit. What’s Hot Lesbian Love all about? Well, mostly it’s about lesbians making hot love, but you could have probably figured that out on your own. But yeah, it’s three scenes, each with two lovely ladies in it, not connected by any sort of theme, concept or idea. It’s gonzo lesbian porn, that’s more or less it. But if it ain’t broke… why fix it? Here’s a look at what you’ll find in the ‘feature’ section of this disc…

Scene 1 – Aspen Raye & Niki Skyler: When out first scene begins, dark haired Aspen busts pretty blonde Niki checking herself out in the mirror. Both girls are decked out in fetish gear and Aspen makes Niki call her mistress. Aspen teases her with her riding crop and after some foreplay makes Niki take her panties down so that she can lay on the bed with her legs spread. Hot Lesbian Love 2 is a shot on digital video production which looks pretty clean presented here in a very strong and stable 1.78.1 anamorphic widescreen transfer. There is some mild shimmer in a couple of spots but no noticeable mpeg compression evident anywhere. Skin tones look nice and natural, the compositions are dead on (the camera work is very good here), and overall the movie looks great showing very nice detail and color.

Sound:

The Dolby Digital 2.0 Surround track is quite sufficient. The dialogue, of which there is generally only a little bit during the sex scenes during the foreplay – there’s too much kissing for there to be talk! -comes through cleanly and clearly as do all of the moans and groans. The background music is fine, levels are nicely balanced, everything sounds clean and clear and all in all the disc sounds very good.

Extras:

Extras are slim, but there are a few bits and pieces here, the first of which is the Bonus Solo Scenes section. Once you cruise into this section you’ll be given the option of watching Eufrat Mai, Eva Lovia, Jena Jordan, Lauren Clarke, Nicole Aniston, Nicole Graves or Spencer Scott fuck themselves using either their fingers or a dildo of choice. All totaled, there’s an hour and thirteen minutes of made up and dolled up ladies giving themselves the gift of self pleasure here, so it’s a nice addition to the disc. It’s worth noting that there’s a lot more ‘fake boob’ on display here than you might expect from a Girlfriends Films release where things tend to lean towards the natural, but in the ‘credit where credit is due’ department, each of the ladies shot here gives a nice performance. If you dig solo play, definitely take the time to check this out.

The disc also includes a still gallery made up of six minutes of promo shots taken during the production of the girls either solo or together doing their thing. Outside of that? Promos, Trailers and Website Info ‘extras’ which are pretty much self explanatory (hint – they’re ads).

Final Thoughts:

Hot Lesbian Love 2 isn’t in the upper echelon of Girlfriends Films releases and it’s definitely shorter than their typically shorter than average features but it continues their trend of high quality production values and sexy, believable fucking. As such, it’s worth seeing if you dig girl on girl action, and the fact that it throws in over an hour of masturbatory sexiness is definitely a nice touch. Recommended.
