Synopsis

Lesbian House Hunters 3 is a four-scene, all-sex, and all-girl movie in which each of the four scenes have a real-estate-related them. Scenes One and Two are completely stand alone (each has a plot that begins, is "fleshed out," and ends within the 30-40 minutes the scene runs). Scenes Two and Three, however, are connected...a storyline that begins in Scene Two concludes in Scene Three.

The scenarios are really not about lesbians hunting for houses. Instead, they're about real-estate agents either attempting to obtain listings from homeowners or about real-estate agents visiting a house that's already on the market. Nonetheless, the scenarios are really quite complete and are excellently brought to life by the first-class acting coupled with talented camerawork and better-than-average editing.

The best--and most throrough--scenario features Haley Cummings, Shyla Jennings, Elexis Monroe, Lux Kassidy and plays out during Scenes Two and Three. Haley and Shyla are coeds who spend an afternoon chatting in Shyla's bedroom. Desperate to attract guys, the girls decide to engage in "sexting" by shooting provocative--and increasing naked--photos of each other with a cell phone. While they're playing around, two real estate agents (Elexis and Lux) let themselves into Shyla's house for an inspection. The women find the girls naked, accuse them of being lesbians, and then set out to teach them how to fuck each other. Later, after professors Elexis and Lux have succeeded in creating two full-fledged lesbians, they hop onto Shyla's bed to show the girls "how the big girls do it."

Scenes One and Four involve a lesbian home owner (Darryl in Scene One and Dragon Lily in Scene Four) who takes advantage of a somewhat desperate female real estate agent (Aimee in Scene One and Dana in Scene Four). In order to get the listing, the agents have to fuck the homeowner. In Scene One, it takes all of Darryl's skill and talent to convert Aimee to the veggie-lover side. On the other hand, Dana, in Scene Four, not only agrees to fuck Dragon Lily in order to get the listing, but also becomes the aggressor.

Lesbian House Hunters 3 has an excellent cast of both younger and more "seasoned" women. In particular, Aimee Addison, Haley Cummings, and Shyla Jennings are extremely sweet young eye candy. On the other hand, Darryl, Elexis, Lux, Dana Dearmond, and Dragon Lily are not as adorably young. But, they're hotter than hell and really make this movie work.

Even though the movie is really quite good from the sexual and production values perspectives, the extras are substantially below average. It's sad, because this below-average score caused this otherwise excellent movie to get a substandard rating of 3.80 and a mere "Rent It" evaluation.

In today's marketplace, this selection of extras is below average. Two stars.

Final Thoughts

The best things about Lesbian House Hunters 3 include:

• the "lesbian initiation" themes of Scenes One and Two. I really appreciate seeing the girls lose their preconceived notions of lesbian sex and surrender to untold pleasure.

• the storyline that encompasses Scenes Two and Three.
• the authenticity of the sex. This is real lesbian sex...not some "gay for pay" shit.
• the repeated use of tribbing and the outstanding cunnilingus. I think that we could all learn something from watching these girls. Not only do they like to eat pussy, but they also know what the fuck they're doing. This is especially true for Dragon Lily in Scene Four.
• The video is really quite good...especially in comparison to most porn titles nowadays. For the most part, the color balance and lighting are spot on. And, the videographer does not use trite oblique camera angles, jerky camera movements, or unnecessary camera movements. Nice work!

Lesbian House Hunters 3 could have been better if:

• the girls had used toys. Even though a strap-on dildo is part of the storyline in Scene Two, the girls never use it.

• Some people may think that the scenes move a bit slowly. But. I like how the heat builds slowly but inexorably...especially in Scene One.

• the extras are substantially below average. It's sad, because this below-average score caused this otherwise excellent movie to get a substandard rating of 3.80 and a mere "Rent It" evaluation.
