Overview: Lesbian House Hunters 3 is the third installment to this fairly new
series by Girlfriends Films. This series is mostly based on the realty
women of Thornhill as they pursue their professional efforts in trying
to make everyone happy in order to obtain that big commission payment.
This studio had a very good premise for this series, but lately the
overall application has not gone so well. In the first volume, the
storyline and sensuality gave that film hotness galore. As for the
second one, the sensuous factor was still pretty high, but the
lackluster storylines gave it a lower rating. Now, it's time to find out
whether volume three was an improvement or a disappointment.

Scene One: Aimee Addison arrives at Darryl Hanah's home so that she can prepare to
sell it for her. After making a deal, the ladies head out to the pool
where Aimee poses for the homeowner. Since the young lady is feeling
cold, they head indoors to the bedroom where they snuggle. Ms. Hanah
does an effective job in warming the woman up. Although Darryl shows good
effort, Aimee is lacking the energy and enthusiasm for the viewer to
deeply keep one's attention on their performance. Ms. Hanah does her
best to put forth a solid and respectable performance on her part with
her usual attention to detail while pleasuring a woman. She is a total
professional. The tight close-ups shots of her muffin eating actions are
hot. When it is time for Aimee to pleasure the woman, she does a very
effective job that makes the audience finally feel warm towards her.
Nevertheless, Darryl does most of the work in this scene which I was
glad was over. Aimee Addison did a whole lot better in Lesbian Psychodramas 2
and Lesbian House Hunters 2. People should check her out in those films
in order to get a more appropriate view of her hot and sensual sex
performances.

Scene Two: Blond Haley Cummings and brunette Shyla Jennings are talking on the bed.
Their banter is sweet and it makes the audience ponder if they are
friends in real life. After an unexpected event occurs, the two friends
kiss and make out. The atmosphere makes the activity in the room very
captivating. The heat factor rises incrementally. Shyla's pussy eating
and finger fucking actions look cool. When it is time for Haley to work
over her friend's body, she does it in a sweet way. Her kisses on her
body are cute and it is apparent that Shyla is enjoying her pal's oral

The scene ends with good energizing chemistry between them. Most of
their lovemaking was in front of Elexis Monroe and Lux Kassidy who leave
the room much later in the scene. In conclusion, Haley Cummings and
Shyla Jennings had better personal chemistry before the sex occurred and
that is the lingering thought that I will always have for their scene.

Scene Three: Elexis Monroe and Lux Kassidy take over the bed and start to make out as
the younger girls leave. These ladies easily show off more passion than
their younger counterparts. The heat factor is definitely higher.
Elexis is very focused on her muffin eating skills. Afterwards, the
blond hottie expresses her fondness for the woman while sucking her
passion fruit with determined focus. Their passionate level persists
nicely throughout their entire performance.

Scene Four: Dragon Lily shows off her home to Dana Dearmond. Later on, Lily
persuades the realtor to fool around with her. Dana is at her usual
solid form in putting forth a lot of focused attention on the woman's

as being the best scene in this film. Elexis Monroe and Lux Kassidy
were the most passionate duo, but they were unable to match expectations
and intense lovemaking that fans of theirs are aware of. Meanwhile,
Dana Dearmond and Dragon Lily gave a satisfied performance to end the
movie although they faltered a bit as well. This film receives a rental
rating and it's time to look at the first installment to get this series
back to where it belongs.
