Extra's: The only good extra was a bonus scene between Mari Possa and Seymore Butts. While it only consisted of her giving him a blowjob and rimming him, it wasn't bad to watch. She's not a bad looker and her oral skills are in the top half of the better known performers I've watched in the last couple of years. The other extras included a photogallery and some trailers with spam on the side.

Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in the typical 1.33:1 ratio full frame color that remains the standard in porn after all these years. With the movie so old, going on nine years old, and shot under really weak conditions, you can't expect a whole lot from this one (which is a good thing because much of the movie looks like a barely trained chimpanzee handled the camera and editing). The colors were often over saturated and the grain was set on "high" with a lot of video noise as well. The audio was somewhat better with the presentation in stereo English and all the moans & groans audible, if not crystal clear. The fun of a gonzo production doesn't rely on the technical perfection of the picture and audio but this one admittedly pushed the envelope on that aspect.

Body of Review: Consumers rarely disagree more than when the name Seymore Butts is brought up in conversation. One side will say he's a talentless hack that repeats the same old formula, using the same old women, in every release he makes while the other side seems to think he's nearly as good at the gonzo format as John Stagliano, especially when it comes to expanding what can be shown on DVD, adding in some fresh ideas that have been overlooked in the recent rush by every company under the sun to shoot gonzo. In his recently released hit, International Tushy, I noticed that Seymore's technical aspects were getting better and that was something in great contrast to the newest release by his company, A Pool Party At Seymore's Part 2, a release from the mid nineties that had the energy, if not the clarity of technical values, so many fans desire. Keeping in mind that there was even less of a story than Seymore's other releases to date, here's a look at the DVD.

The movie started off with Madelyn masturbating with a large vibrator on the lawn. She seemed oblivious to those around her but the scene wasn't exactly setting my pants on fire. The sex was then edited into a host of separate scenes, all edited into a single big mess. Whether it was Shane blowing TT, JR going down on Ron, or the guys boning their respective partners, the sex was mixed up in such a way as to make me think a monkey was at the controls of this one.

Taylor did some lesbian antics with Madelyn, and I liked the anal beads but would have preferred to see her taking some real meat in there (and I'm not obsessed with anal like so many others are these days). TT started boning everything that moved, from his earlier antics with Shane to Tabitha to Gina and even ending the show with a threesome between Taylor and Steven. In between all that were a host of shorter scenes edited into one another where a bunch of performers I don't know did one another (I included all of them in the cast list above though), with a lot of sucking and fucking taking place in most orifices available. If you've seen any of the orgy videos released by Wicked Pictures, you'll have a feel for this one, although the raw energy of Seymore's movie is greater, Wicked wins on technical expertise by a long margin. If you like the cast, and Seymore's other releases, you'll likely enjoy this one at least a bit but it was far from his best work.

Summary: The technical values bothered me enough to lower the rating of this one to Rent It. The cast was a mixed bag and the energy level a bit lower than I've come to expect from a Seymore Butts movie but the show was good enough to check out if you're a fan.
