Matt Zane’s follow up to Tattooed & Tight sticks to the formula that made the first entry in the series work. Again, it actually shows a few people getting inked up rather than just focusing in on the finished skin art. The first entry was pretty mediocre. How does the second attempt fare? Read on…

Scene 1 – Tera Ray And Paige Taylor: After the girls talk about their tattoos (and what they mean) and schmooze with the artists a little bit, the guy with the needle spills some ink. Video:

The 1.33.1 fullframe image is fine even if it isn’t going to blow your mind. The picture is clean and clear and only some very mild compression artifacts are noticeable during playback. No issues with shimmering or dirt on the picture, and skin tones look lifelike and natural.

Sound:

The Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo track is very good with plenty of tight bass response and powerful musical cues. The performers always edge out the background music, which is a good thing, and for the most part the track is consistently well balanced and it sounds quite nice.

Extras:

Aside from pop shot selection and chapter selection this disc includes some basic text biographies and a selection of behind the scenes footage. There’s no real behind the scenes footage included in the segment, however, at least not in terms of on set action – instead this is roughly thirty minutes of standard talking head interview clips with the actresses as they get into make up and have their hair done.

Final Thoughts:

If tattooed girls are your bag, you’ll likely find something to like with Tattooed And Tight 2. The sex isn’t particularly remarkable but it is at least well shot and performed by an attractive cast. Rent it.
