The Movie:

Ethan Kane's latest (at least at the time of this writing) looks to have been inspired by some of the Ninn Worx titles of the last few years, at least in terms of cinematography and art direction. This isn't a bad thing at all as Kane manages to put his own spin on things and it works well but the influence from the set design to the fetishy wardrobe to the overall look and feel of the film is undeniable. Regardless, he's crafted a slick looking and sexy little fuck film here that makes excellent use of its cast of attractive women and which contains some genuinely sizzling sex. On with the show...

Scene One – Kinzie Kenner And Penny Flame: The features starts off with a bang, or more accurately, with some banging, as these two lovelies find what they're looking for in one another. They tease the camera and strut their stuff for a bit, and the camera does some artsy fartsy stuff with the focus. Each of the girls spends some quality alone time getting to know their respective clitties a little better and then, as lipstick lesbians are apt to do for our amusement, they start kissing. From there things get a little heavier and Kinzie pulls out a dildo that she uses to fill Kinzie's snatch with. Scene Four – Audrey Hollander, Otto Bauer and Alex Sanders: One thing that this reviewer can't seem to get enough of is Audrey Hollander. Sure, her presence pretty much requires that Otto Bauer show up and do his thing (sometimes that's a good thing) but regardless, this pretty little redhead has got to be one of the sexist ladies in the industry and my God, can she take a pounding or what? She starts off by rolling around the bed, which is covered in some silky red sheets. The DVD

Video:

Shot in 1.85.1 anamorphic widescreen, this transfer is quite good and the cinematography makes excellent use of the shadowy interiors. There are obviously some lighting gels being used to cast some color onto the set from off camera, which makes for some pretty interesting compositions, the kind you don't expect to see in pornography. The minor problems that do exists here lie in the source material in that because it was shot on digital video, there is some compression evident on the image and sometimes when the action starts to move a little faster, you'll notice some blurring if you're watching on a larger set. Skin tones look nice and lifelike, however, and there aren't any issues with print damage.

Sound:

The Dolby Digital 2.0 sound mix is perfectly sufficient and noticeably better than your average porn movie. The classical score mixes in with the more modern background music composed for the film and, when played out overtop of the rather sadistic and taunting dialogue, it makes for an experience that borders on the surreal. Everyone who speaks can be hard cleanly and clearly and there aren't any problems with hiss or distortion on this set at all.

Extras:

The best extra feature here is a bonus scene featuring Celeste Starr and Holly Morgan. At just over eighteen minutes in length it's long enough to matter and seeing these two lovely ladies getting down and dirty with one another does make for a fine little diversion from the day to day toils of life.

Digital Sin has also provided a making of documentary that clocks in around fifteen-minutes in length. Most of the screen time here goes to Roxy Jezel and Cassie Young. We get to see them preparing for their scenes, testing out some wardrobe options, and in some hardcore action from angles that differ from those used in the final cut of the movie.

Rounding out the extra features on this release is a length still gallery, trailers for other Digital Sin DVD releases, a chapter stop menu and a position menu.

Final Thoughts:

Nice extra features, a strong audio and video presentation and, most importantly, five hot sex scenes make Ethan Kane's Game easily recommended.
