Audio/Video Quality:  Audio is presented in Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo and is sufficient for this POV shot flick.  The dialogue is minimal and consists more of Brother Love moaning in agony rather than anything else.  Brother Love shot the flick entirely in POV in 1:33:1 full frame ratio.  Video quality was average, along with flesh tones and lighting.  The video quality could have been better, but given that this is a low-budget series, I understand the lack of video quality.  However, this being the fourth volume, I would expect Brother Love to steadily improve his craft.

Final Thoughts:  First Time Ball Busters Vol. 4 is a unique title that caters to viewers of oddball material.  The cock/ball torture genre is not for everyone; however, visitors of such sites as Kink.com will appreciate the kinky material of Brother Love.  The flick has a great selection of girls and a running time of over three hours.  I would have liked to see worthwhile special features, rather than a cumshot recap and company spam.  Nevertheless, Brother Love is able to give us an entertaining, yet offbeat title that packs plenty of value for the buck.  I suggest a rental before a purchase, since cock and ball torture is not for everyone.  Recommended
