Final Thoughts: Mike Quazar has had one of his best years yet creatively. With films like Last Song, Closing Time, and my favorite Upon Further Reflection he tells such wonderfully personal stories that appeal to the average viewer. Which is why Faithless is a bit of a disappointment. The story, with everyone cheating on everyone with everyone, is just so convoluted that you lose interest in the plot quickly. It still has strong performances from the terrific cast. And Quazar's patented direction and camera work are intact, with perfect pacing in what are otherwise very simple sexual scenarios. I just kind of wish I could have related more to the characters like I did his other works. Recommended
