Audio/Video Quality: Hocus Pocus XXX was presented in a nice anamorphic widescreen color with an aspect ratio of 1.78:1, using the MPEG-2 codec as expected of a standard definition release, as shot by directors Cezar Capone & Emily Rigby for Cezar Capone. Com. The lighting was superior to their previous work in most cases and this helped make the fleshtones accurate, minimize the compression artifacts, and otherwise offer up the curvy ladies very nicely for a series of scenes not shot primarily for the internet (as most of the directors work has been to date). The video bitrate hovered around the 3.2 Mbps area when I paid attention to it and despite some occasionally rough camera work that framed the cast poorly, I enjoyed most of the scenes more than the dialogue that sucked so hard. The editing was sketchy and the parody aspects not taken full advantage of but at least the directors tried to step outside their comfort zone to offer up something different. The audio was presented in 2.0 Dolby Digital English with a 48 kHz sampling rate and the usual 192 Kbps audio bitrate, sufficient to convey the vocals and music but never straying too far from the norm offered by the majority of Cezar's peers. There were times when the vocals were not as easily heard, but the usual moans were clearly in evidence (and the music was about average despite the huge list of credited people at the end of the credits involved in the musical compositions).

Body of Review: Cezar Capone & Emily Rigby have long been associated with shooting web scenes of gonzo sex for websites like Cezar Capone.com, the market for porn parodies growing even larger since the last time I was given the chance to review their work. In an effort to be contemporary, they have now released Hocus Pocus XXX, taking a few elements of the mainstream movie in order to pornify it, the result a set of really badly acted dialogue portions coupled with some pretty solid sex (if you can dismiss the many anachronisms found here). I'm not going to continually bash the parody aspects as lame this time but suffice it to say that the sex was indeed better than anything between such scenes so you will want to keep your remote controls handy with fresh batteries unless you are a glutton for punishment.

The company website described the movie like this: "The movie Hocus Pocus was a fantasy / comedy originally released in 1993 starring Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy as the evil Sanderson sisters who use an ancient Halloween curse to come back to life with the help of a unknowing virgin. Of course we all know what big stars Bette Midler and Sarah Jessica Parker would go on to do but did you know that the 3rd sister, Kathy Najimy would go on to star in King of the Hill as the wife of Peggy Hill. This movie also featured a young Jodie Rivera, who would later go on to became "VenetianPrincess", the #1 most subscribed female on YouTube. It also featured the younger Sean Murray, as the original cursed virgin, who today is better known as Timothy McGee on the hit TV show NCIS. What better movie to parody than that? The name itself just cries out for a pornographic remake and how can you not take advantage of any mainstream script that needs a sacrificial virgin? So Hocus Pocus XXX was born. What began as a small idea suddenly exploded into a huge star-studded cast including Nikki Benz, Eva Angelina and Audrey Hollander with Sunny Leone, Madelyn Marie, Kiara Diane, Amia Miley, Sea J Raw, McKenzee Miles, Krissy Lynn along side Rocco Reed, Otto Bauer, Michael Pacino and Johnny Castle." Here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Eva Angelina, Sunny Leone, Audrey Hollander, Madelyn Marie, Kiara Diane, and Nikki Benz were up first in a large room with mixed lighting and all the ladies wearing skimpy outfits. Rather than provide tease footage, the idea was to showcase the ladies pouncing on one another, the minimal set up a stretch to say the least (especially since the modern sex toys including a plug in Hitachi Wand were present, as were shaven pubes, modern tattoos, and a host of other things like implants). In any case, the ladies paired up more than serviced all comers, Sunny looking fleshier than usual (and great to me), Audrey as driven as ever, and Eva showing the same enthusiasm I have long appreciated her for. The toy centric lesbian scene focused mostly on licking and penetration, some minor fetish aspects catered to only briefly though the ladies all showed some heated moves. The lack of genetic juice was trying here given the lineup but the over-the-top yelling did not convince me that the ladies all got off in the slightest, my appreciation for the cast reduced because of the camera work that had no sense of composition.

Scene Two: Amia Miley, McKenzee Miles, Mikey Butders, and Sea J. Raw were up next in the large bedroom, Amia and McKenzee wearing harem outfits as they jumped Mikey for the most porn-like reasoning. The dialogue and setup again struck me as forced but the ladies knew how to slob a knob, feeling each other up along the way. Mikey leaned against the edge of the bed while the ladies dropped down to blow him, some vaginal penetration and cunnilingus shared until Sea joined in to masturbate as she watched them. I liked her sexy maid outfit and the active riding by the other two certainly did not hurt the strokability this time, Sea's anal masturbation with a modern toy enhancing the action more than the load of population pudding going to McKenzee's ass and back a major wad.

Scene Three: Audrey Hollander, the redhead extreme queen featured on the upper center of the front cover, was up next with her real life boy toy Otto Bauer, his acting making me laugh out loud, at least the guy had some fun with the role (as usual). She put her moves on him to generate some sexual energy, her sheer black lingerie enhancing her look even before he began sucking her tits and she pawed at his pants to gain access to his pecker. Audrey has long been a super oralist and this was no exception, her lips wrapping around his rod to inhale it while he gave her some incentive to appreciate it just fine. Audrey's throating aside, the messy hummer encouraged him to bone her vaginally like he owned her, the gal masturbating as he porked her with substantial enthusiasm, his best moves used on doing the anal (as expected) even if Audrey became relatively passive at that point. With time she began fucking back so she could enjoy it too, Otto eventually rubbing out a nut of semen to her face for her to swallow ending the action between them.

Scene Four: Nikki Benz, the blond on the left side of the front cover, was up next as she walked in on Johnny Castle, the two exchanging verbal pleasantries as they showed an active interest in each other. After some initial pawing by both of them, he played with her tits and ate her ass, Nikki slobbing his knob as actively as she then rode it vaginally once he was through lubing her pussy up with his tongue. She was a machine in terms of how aggressively she impaled herself, Johnny soon pulling out so he could launch his semen all over her abdomen at the end of the scene. There was little chemistry between them as there was in the previous scene and her yelling distracted from the action for me but it wasn't a bad scene altogether.

Scene Five: Eva Angelina, the sexy brunette seen on the upper right side of the front cover, was up next in bed with Rocco Reed. She wore a dark purple robe and he looked kind of faggy in his loincloth, the lady smoking as they talked about their costumes for the night. They kissed, they made some crude attempts to feel each other up, and she started sucking his pecker seductively before long, Eva enjoying giving him pleasure even before he started bumping uglies with her. She was not as active a vaginal rider here as usual but she was also louder, not a great combination in my estimation. Still, by the time she got her second wind, she showed she was quite capable of riding him hard even if she did not show chemistry with him or a desire to go full out the entire time. It also ended with a facial finish, Rocco jerking off to her open mouth for her to savor the taste of the seed he sent her way.

Scene Six: Krissy Lynn, a curvy blond dressed up in slutty black attire, was up last as she seduced Otto Bauer, his red velour outfit competing with Rocco's for worst of the show. Summary: Hocus Pocus XXX by directors Cezar Capone & Emily Rigby for Cezar Capone.com would have been better as an all sex flick dropping the parody aspects altogether from what I observed here, the wooden acting between the sex scenes, the many goofs, and the technical issues making me wonder if this was made specifically to take advantage of the Halloween market more than anything else. Otherwise, it was fun seeing Sunny Leone wearing her Vivid necklace even though she was in yet another project outside the company, Eva Angelina before she left porn for another break, and Audrey Hollander working with her boy toy Otto yet again so I rated it as a Rent It. In short, Hocus Pocus XXX fell short as a parody but it had some strokable sex, the limited replay value reducing the long term need to own the movie for anyone but fans of the cast.
