Audio/Video Quality: This Isn’t Christmas Vacation was presented in 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen as shot by director Sammy Slater for Devil’s Film in this standard definition, MPEG-2 encoded fuck flick. The video bitrate hovered around the 5.2 Mbps area when I spot checked it, limited grain and video noise noticed during my viewing of the show. The composition matters were mixed since not all scenes made best use of camera angles to enhance the look of the ladies but the lighting was generally decent and even the company watermark in the lower right hand corner was not all that intrusive. The flesh tones were accurate and the editing pretty decent, in all I’ve seen worse. The audio was presented in a 2.0 Dolby Digital English with 48 kHz sampling rate and 192 Kbps aural bitrate, the musical elements able to be turned completely off as an option at the beginning of the show. The vocals were basic and lacked much separation, the dynamic range modest at best, the generic musical interludes mixed in too aggressively if you select that version of the audio track.

Body of Review: Sammy Slater was an established director for years before coming over to helm the parody titles at Devil’s Film. While most of my experience with said titles has been sketchy (screener copies not fit for reviewing; generally for award purposes), in an effort to be complete as to what is on the market in this popular genre, I picked one up just after the holiday for review. The title in question is called This Isn’t Christmas Vacation: The XXX Parody, pornifying the popular Chevy Chase holiday hit we have probably all seen one too many times. There were four scenes, the parody aspects were minimal but cute, and while I don’t think any of the parody production princes need worry any time soon, it was definitely worth a look. The back cover described the movie like this: “This year the Grizwalds are gonna celebrate Christmas like never before. With more presents, more lights and more sex than ever. Crazy cousin Eddy parks his bedroom on wheels in the front of the house and proceeds to have sex for all the neighbors to see. Rusty finally gets a taste of some sweet, sweet pussy and quickly learns where to stick his yule log. Audrey spreads some cheer and her tight pussy for the boy down the street. And when Elen gets caught with her new purple vibrator, Clark shows her a toy of his own. 'Tis the season to be Horny!!” Here’s a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Carolyn Reese, a curvy blond MILF with a lot of heated moves, was up first on her bed with a purple vibrator, her festive striped dress hiked up to reveal skimpy black panties riding up her crotch. Scene Two: Emma Heart, a fleshy brunette with a pretty face (and she was fleshier than I recall here), was up next in the trailer out front with Alec Knight, the pair playing the trailer trash cousins just fine (Alec really looked and acted the part of his character better than any of the rest of the cast). They discussed helping Clark and Emma positioned Alec to slob his knob in the cramped quarters, stroking him as she provided the messy effort with a degree of enthusiasm. She then took off her plaid shirt and bra to reveal her bigger than ever hooters, her nipple erections proving she was having fun on the warm day. Her oral antics led to some vaginal plowing in various positions, his rod not big enough for her pussy so she took it in the ass for a passive ride instead. There was some intermittent oral in the form of ATM, Emma sucking him to completion as he bust a nut of population pudding in her mouth (though she did not swallow).

Summary: This Isn’t Christmas Vacation by director Sammy Slater for Devil’s Film was a very, very light attempt at a parody pornification treatment, taking a few aspects of the original movie and applying them as window dressing for the four sex scenes that provided the main reason to check this one out. It wasn’t the worst such parody I’ve seen, in some ways I wish it was more ambitious at trying to be more like the original, and the sex was strong enough to merit a rating of Rent It almost by itself, I had just heard so many positive things about the company’s attempts at parodies from a distributor that I was left wanting more. In short, This Isn’t Christmas Vacation: The XXX Parody was one of the very best seasonal titles relating to Christmas I’ve seen in a long, hard time, it just didn’t stand out as a superior effort like some of the other genres the company focuses on more these days so check it out before unloading your wallet.
