Overview: Lesbian House Hunters Part 4 is

the fourth installment to this well-crafted series from
Girlfriend Films. This common plot line to this series is the real
estate market. Several of the cast are portraying real estate or leasing
agents. In this episode, India Summer, Dyanna Lauren, and Elexis Monroe
are the agents. A very good supporting cast of Tanya Tate, Jessie
Palmer, Lily Labeau, and Diamond Jackson provide good acting
performances. With only three installments previously out in the
marketplace, Lesbian House Hunters has already been a success in
both as a critically acclaimed production as well as a money-maker. From
a Girlfriends Films press release dated September 24, 2010, Girlfriends
Films Vice President Moose stated that "the Lesbian House Hunters' series is selling phenomenally for us."

Scene One: Jessie Palmer shows
India Summer around the soon-to-be-on-the-market house. During the
walk-through, Jessie does an amazing job in seducing the woman. Her
approach is playful, captivating, and sexy. Even during India's
