Private Xtreme's Psychoporn, like all Private releases can be seen and heard in a multitude of languages and subtitles to appeal to a wide international market. The five minute behind the scenes, set something like a quick and dirty take on the whole production. Very entertaining, with a little tease footage. A surprising amount of sex planning comes into play. There is an additional 14 minutes worth of interviews with the director and some of the ladies. There are the usual collection of trailers such as "Kinkyworld", "Da Vinci" (See Colonel Mustard Review on DVD Talk), "The Private Life of Ellen Saint", "Sluts R'Us" and "XXX 30". Also an extended Sex City trailer (one of this year's DVD Collector Series Recommendations by yours truly). A very helpful cast list and information on Private's various segments round off a solid collection of extras.

Summary:
Private's Xtreme line is known for putting out some of the more hardcore items that don't befit some of the Black or Gold label releases. Psychoporn was a great collection of hot women fucking and sucking for our viewing pleasure. Director Macondo brought something different to the table than a lot of his European counterparts. Every sex scene had a different spin, with plenty of fan favorite acts such as Anal sex, ass to mouth and double penetrations being the highlight. I Recommend and look forward to seeing more work from Macondo.
