First Impressions:
After a couple of years reviewing porn for DVD Talk, The Dirge has concluded that certain parts of the world view their wantonness in incredibly divergent lights. For us in America, we tend to go for either glitz or gonzo, completely professional or frighteningly amateurish. Truthfully, it matches our daft dreamer/instant gratification mindset rather well. Directed by Professianals auteur Denis Marti with the same flare for hardcore humping that he brings to that noted series, this five scene collection of carnal fireworks has some of the most intense, aggressive sexual interaction in modern adult films. But it's not the potency of the porking so much as the passion of the performers. They are not just putting on a show here. They really get into the gratuity, making scenes already wild and wicked wet with wantonness. Far more hardcore than XXX, Marti's movies explore the animalistic aspects of arousal, the joy in unbridled balling for the sheer pleasure of personal eros.

The Sex Scenes:

At nearly two hours and forty-five minutes, each sequence here runs about 40 minutes, meaning that there's significant bang for your buck with each installment of sizzling shark. Most of the time, this is a clear benefit. When actor and actress bond in an obvious connection of interpersonal chemistry, we could watch them screw for hours. But, on occasion, the dynamic is less than effective and we grow bored waiting for the money moment to arrive. It rarely happens here, but it is the intrinsic flaw in any elongated sex scene. No one is penalizing Marti for trying to offer as many positions and possibilities as he can in a single guy on gal groove, but there will be times throughout Anal Aristocrats where you notice the level of lewdness slacking off. It has nothing to do with the cock or the cunt. It's purely a matter of time.

Leave it to Mr. Marti to show the rest of his hired himbos how to get it done. First off, he chooses the incredibly hot brunette Lucy Lee as his pretend paramour. Once they start fucking, we see an unambiguous bond between the pair, and soon they are lost in a world of aroused abandon. If there is a downside to this dicking, it's the occasionally awkward DP. Fiddling with a faux phallus can instantly drain the desire out of a scene, and it almost does so here.

With its unique bathtub setting and clever combination of water and wang work, this second installment of Anal Aristocrats suck and fuck is easily as good as the first, with one minor exception. Though she looks good with her cracks crammed with cock, Ms. Linares is a substantially lesser looker than her cast mates. She has a hound dog look to her face that distracts from her otherwise lithe, lilting body. Mr. Monti doesn't seem to mind, but it does take a little bit away from the wantonness. Otherwise, this is another example of Marti's masterful moviemaking. So many different positions are attempted and with all this bountiful banging comes some girded audience groins.

In a clear case of too much toy, the ever-present butt plug in and around Ms. James junctions really undermines much of this scene's heat. It's not that we mind the intrusion of this plastic extruded dingus into the sex, it's just that Sarah and J.J. obsess over it so. When they're not using it to poke and prod pussy and pooper, they're fumbling with it for a little A/V to M, or looking for it among the living room couch setting. Eventually, they do give up on the passion piston (at least for a little while) and during these moments the sex is sensational. Again, it's a testament to Marti that he always finds the angles and elements that really amplify the action. Sadly, the toy makes a return visit, leading to a rather anticlimactic money moment.

Everything that was said about Scene 1 can be duplicated here, with Vanessa coming across as an equal match to Lucy in the hotness department. The only reason this scene gets a slightly lower score is because of the desire to dwell on the gaping. Such gynecological gratuity has never been the Dirge's cup of tea, and Marti spends too much time manipulating his conquest's ass in hopes of delivering that quintessential rectal yawn. It quickly grows boring. Otherwise, when these two fuck, it's sensationally steamy.

All his foreign fascinations aside, Denis Marti can direct some mighty powerful porn, and this excellent example of Euro-tantric tool and twat easily earns a Highly Recommended rating. In fact, the only thing keeping this title from earning the coveted Collector's Edition tag is the overwhelming amount of action in each scene. While it may seem strange to penalize an adult entertainment for aggrandizing the action, Anal Aristocrats is one film where just a smidgen of restraint would have equaled an instant backdoor classic. As it stands, this is still some of the most sizzling, steamy sex you will ever see, and we have the amazing Mr. Marti to thank for it. Couples will clearly cotton to this carnality, and a Cohabitation Certification is easily earned. This Mediterranean maestro sure knows how to deliver fuck and suck. Along with the always potent Professioanals, he is a true champion of the cheeks. Spending time with these daring dames of the derriere argues for smut's place as an enhancer of pleasure – and Marti's prominence as an adult performer/director.
