Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in 1.33:1 ratio full
frame color. Most of the scenes had too much grain or lacked proper lighting but some were fair. The music was generally stereo/mono with little channel separation but the vocals were okay, even if the music needed to be turned down a bit.

Body of Review: Dasha (AKA: Dascha) was one of those Vivid contract performers who so many of us liked before she retired this year. Her long, lean legs, blonde mane of hair, attractive face and willingness to engage in more extreme forms of sex made her one of Vivid's most sought after performers. She seemed to enjoy women as much as men which also broadened her appeal to the masses of porn fans out there. If you like Dasha, you'll want to check out this compilation of some of her better scenes, And The Winner Is... Dasha. Here's a breakdown of the scenes by cast, title of the movie and director:

Scene One: Blue Monday: D-Michael Zen: Dasha and Julian had a scene outdoors as he lifted small weights. I would've enjoyed it more had the picture not looked so washed out and grainy. It was a weak scene overall too.

Scene Two: Broken English: D-Cleo Edwards: Dasha and Devinn had a scene in a bedroom. I liked the use of the strap on dildo but the scene was short and had problems with the picture. Devinn looks much better as a contract performer at Wicked Pictures too.

Scene Three: Dashed: D-Chi Chi LaRue: Dasha and Dillion had the first full length scene here and the warmth was evident, even if it also had way too much grain. The scene included anal but was very well done in spite of it. Lots of chemistry here.

Scene Four: Heaven's Revenge: D-Paul Thomas: Dasha and Chris had a scene on a bed that also included anal. Not bad either.

Scene Five: Hot Orchid: D-Paul Thomas: Dasha and John had a scene in kitchen pantry. I've seen this scene so many times in Vivid releases that it has no effect on me. Pass.

Scene Six: Liquid Sex: D-Michael Raven: Dasha and Dillion went at it once more but this time in a shower. Raven's photography tricks weakened what looked to be a solid scene full of chemistry and the sound stunk too. More anal for those who like it.

Scene Seven: Snapshot: D-Ren Savant: Dasha and Regan had a bedroom scene with Regan as a delivery person. Toys were used but Regan's face threw me too much to enjoy the scene fully.

Scene Eight: Take 5: D-Cleo Edwards: Dasha and Pat started off at a kitchen table and ended up on it. Not a bad scene by the two but certainly not as much chemistry as when she's with Dillion or Chris.

Scene Nine: Wife Taker: D-Paul Thomas: Dasha once again took on Dillion on a bed. The two shared the same frenetic energy they had earlier and the scene was warm because of it. Some anal for those who care.

Scene Ten: Where The Boys Aren't 14: D-:Chi Chi LaRue Dasha took on the ever popular Jenna in this warm scene at a bar. yum!

Summary: While the dvd started off on a weak note, it quickly gained momentum and finished with the most well known porn superstar, Jenna Jameson in a solid lesbian tryst. Except for the weaker than average technical values, the dvd did have a lot going for it so I'm suggesting it as a Rent It to anyone but fans of Dasha's who already have the movies the scenes were taken from. If she comes back out of retirement, I just hope that Vivid's improvement in the technical prowess has been completed by then so we'll get Dasha looking her best.
