Extras: The best extra was the 8:25 minute long Behind the Scenes feature where the cast and crew made it clear that the movie was fun to work (though much of it was Dani Daniels and Eva Lovia teasing each other). There was also a photogallery and some trailers for those who care.

Audio/Video Quality: Broken Vows was presented in anamorphic widescreen as presented by director Jakodema for Digital Playground. Billy Visual & Richard Manwin III worked the cameras and Andy Appleton was in charge of art direction and props. The dual layer disc had a lot of compressed footage on it and when it was watched on the big screen television, the number of compression artifacts and aliasing were noticeable but the flesh tones were accurate, the framing good, and whomever handled the editing did a good job. This was a standard definition production (720 X 480) but you can watch the show or scenes on the company website in high definition as it was shot if you want a better picture. The aural elements were recorded in 2.0 stereo using the common AC3 codec, the bitrate stable at 192 Kbps and the sample rate of 48 kHz. The musical score was appropriate for the feature elements even if it was not credited, the vocals crisp and the ambient noises mixed in well, making the overall production of interest to those who enjoy feature porn.

Body of Review: Jakodema is a well known director at Digital Playground, the talented man in charge of a diverse crew making some entertaining shows. His latest release is called Broken Vows, a story of marital discontent that offered some crime thriller elements you might enjoy, especially as Eva Lovia and Dani Daniels were the leads. Mia Malkova, Mandy Muse, and Alexis Adams rounded out the collection of attractive ladies, Erik Everhard and Derrick Pierce among the men used to make certain aspects of the flick work. The back cover described the movie like this: “When the sexy Eva Lovia married her husband, Davis, their life was filled with passion and mesmerizing love-making. But through the years, their petty arguments turned violent. And when she discovered her husband's mistress, she knew their marriage was over. For their anniversary, he gifted her a present containing lace and not much else. After a mind blowing orgasm reminiscent of their honeymoon, David leaves expecting a second round in the evening, but uncovers something far worse. Broken Vows is a suspenseful thriller, with six hardcore sex scenes and a jaw dropping climax that will keep you on edge.” Here’s a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

In short, Broken Vows was still a strokable little feature worth watching for the sex alone though the Cliff Notes version of “Gone Girl” showed some acting chops by the leads so check it out.
