Audio/Video Quality: Lesbian Extreme was presented in anamorphic widescreen as shot by director Dana Vespoli for Evil Angel. The visual elements this time were again straightforward, the lighting akin to her titles produced for other companies in large part and the editing on the slight side. The work appeared to be shot with a single camera and in point of view fashion, the bird’s eye viewpoint offered up coming across as well handled overall. For the record, there was a company watermark on the lower right hand corner of the screen. The aural components of the show were basic and not overly distinctive but I could hear the ladies going at it, whispering sexual comments toward one another and otherwise providing some ear candy worth listening to.

Body of Review: Dana Vespoli is one of the most creative directors distributed by Evil Angel these days, her work for other directors as a camera operator and assistant proof of the quality of her work. Her latest release came out yesterday, a compilation called Lesbian Extreme. Dana is known for providing some of the most intense lesbian scenes in her body of work, Dana herself always smoking hot when she participates with her hand selected casts. The other ladies in the cast included Phoenix Marie, Karlie Montana, Julia Ann, Dana DeArmond, and Anikka Albrite, even a cameo from Ash Hollywood in the first scene. There was no new footage included though and the extras were on the tame side, making the production something of a missed opportunity for the single disc set of five scenes. The company website described the movie like this: "Gorgeous director Dana Vespoli collects five scenes that showcase her uniquely intimate girl-on-girl perversions in the compilation "Lesbian Extreme," which includes toys and plenty of nasty anal fun. Decked out in kinky evening attire, fishnets and heels, Dana joins blonde booty queen Phoenix Marie for a private session of lesbian ass play using dildos and a metal speculum to widely stretch their sphincters. Next is meaty-assed Anikka Albrite, tied wrist-to-ankle and anally dominated to orgasm. She shows her appreciation by servicing the director's hairy pussy. Summary: Lesbian Extreme by director Dana Vespoli for Evil Angel was a pretty good selection of Dana’s work but hardly comparable to some of the better compilations on the market. Frankly, with no new footage or extras, I would strongly advise fans to pick up the original productions compiled here though as an overview, it certainly merited a rating of Rent It thanks to some wonderfully heated scenes. Dana was very hot here and she really went out of her way to select some very beautiful ladies in the listed scenes but suggesting this as being superior to the prior works would be stretching the truth. In short, Lesbian Extreme definitely had some very sexy lesbian trysts with ladies as popular as Phoenix Marie, Karlie Montana, Anikka Albrite, Julia Ann, and Dana DeArmond so it is worth looking at but I think most would rather have the originals.
