Sunderland’s final performance harkens back to her award-winning debut in Natural Beauties Vol. 1. Gone is the coy and shy girl we met in 2016, but she carries that same joy. The same smile that once proclaimed “I am on the right path,” now proudly states, “no regrets.”

The location comes off as stale and recycled--it would be nice to see some new locales going into the new year.

Scene 4:

Ukrainian beauty Red Fox returns to Vixen with a marvelous on-location shoot in Ibiza. The stark hills and natural beauty of the Spanish island are only matched by Red Fox’s fiery body.

Voiceovers are the go-to for modern porn storytelling, and sometimes they can be pretty cringy. Imagine my surprise when Red delivered her eloquently spoken monologue. I’ve seen her in a lot of X-Art scenes with scarcely a word of dialogue and all these years later, I am impressed!

The story centers around a model (Red) who wants to, as she puts it, leave a lasting impression on a famous photographer (Erik Everhard). They take some topless stills and she moves in for the kill. Everhard doesn’t have any professional hangups about her advances, and the scene escalates from there.

While the scene starts outside at sunset, it moves indoors to that classic white-on-white Vixen color scheme. The lighting is spot on and Fox’s red hair pops against the sheets, but it feels like a missed opportunity. You’ve got this incredible vista at your disposal, at least set the shot up to capture it through the window.

The fourth wall is broken in a blatantly accidental way. A crewmember can be heard giving directions to move into the bedroom as the couple transitions indoors. It happens right when the scene is picking up steam and feels jarring. It’s the sort of thing that could have been edited out. There’s a cut right after the audio, why not before?

If you love cocksucking, this is one for you. Red Fox spends a solid ten minutes working Everhard’s prick in the most erotic way. The shot is kept tight on her face and the eye contact is to die for. Just like the previous VXN titles, the movie has almost nothing to do with its namesake. Club VXN is a fictional sex club in the Vixen universe, the very club that sets Kenna James up with her encounter in this movie. But outside of that scene, there is no mention of the infamous club in any of the other scenes.

There’s also the audio issue in the final scene that I’ve already mentioned. It’s a small thing, but not the sort of error you would expect from the high-quality product that Vixen is known to produce.

These are minor gripes to an altogether wonderful movie for lovers of the all-sex glamcore genre. While it is not the greatest thing to come out of Lansky’s studio, the performances pushed this one just over the edge into the recommended category.
