From Combat Zone and director Alex Romero comes five scenes of "real" couples that feature resonably attractive talent along with some medium-heat action.  But is it enough?  Let us take a deeper look.

Audio/Video

Nothing to complain about here.  Then again, there is nothing to celebrate over, either.  The video and audio are pretty much normal - what one would expect from a standard-definition DVD release.  There looked to be no lighting used in the production, so everything appears to be lit naturally.  As a result, surrounding colors (or lack thereof) create so murkiness or washed-out looks to the scenes.  Still, nothing is to the point where you can not see, and I would put this as what one expects from a non-HD release.  The audio is clear, and what little dialogue there is at the beginning of each scenes is easy to understand.

Overall

While the girls were nice looking, and the direction was fine for this type of release - the action was a bit too repetitive.  Surely they could have mixed things up a bit.  It felt as if I was watching the same scene only with a different cast each time.  Suck her tits, now suck his cock, now bend over over.  Wash. Rinse. Repeat.  A little variety might have gone a long way here.  Still, it isn't bad, and thus gets a solid RENT IT.
