I do question the choice of his props in the 4th scene and can kind of understand why he chose it. I guess one has to be inside his mind to understand what he was going for. For those that indulge in these and all kinds of foot fetishes I Highly Recommend . Even the choice of music added to the gothic nature in two of the scenes. The performers were very passionate and there was that over exaggeration in the moaning from the ladies as in other titles.
