Audio/Video Quality: Big Wet Tits 12 was presented in a crisp 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen color as released by director William H. Nutsack for Elegant Angel. The camera work was solid with plentiful lighting to eliminate grain, video noise and shadows and the picture appeared to be crisp this time. As expected, the copious amounts of oil and lighting gave the scenes their distinctive “look” that has propelled the company to the forefront of gonzo producers, competing nicely with Evil Angel and Jules Jordan in a great many cases (which company a fan favors will depend on whether they enjoy the kink of Evil, the hardcore of JJV, or the simplicity of Elegant in my opinion). The editing by Robert Laplanc was pretty sweet too, no major errors noticed which is surprising given how many of the competition have recently dropped the ball in this area. The 2.0 Dolby Digital English track was pretty basic with little separation or dynamic range yet I could hear the cast well enough in most cases. The music was credited to Production Trax for those who care, the peppy little clips working nicely with the tease montages and thankfully left out of the main scenes.

Body of Review: Elegant Angel has carved out a niche in the gonzo world where some thought only two companies had a chance of survival thanks to directors like William H. Nutsack. Now that he is reportedly moving to greener pastures, taking seasoned assistant Jim Orlando, the speculation is that all three of the major players in the genre are going to have a free for all to establish dominance; only time will tell.
