Extras: The best extra was the 14 minute POV blowjob by Georgia Peach given to (presumably) director Jonni Darkko. It was enthusiastic, energetic, and a sample of her at her finest in terms of oral loving. Fans will like that she swallowed the load but it was definitely value enhancing to the DVD package. I also really liked the 19.5 minutes of Behind the Scenes footage featuring the ladies from the cast; each getting some time here to either show some skin or otherwise work the camera. Audio/Video Quality: My Girlfriend's Whore Friend was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as shot by director Jonni Darkko for distribution by Evil Angel. Having watched his works for several years now, I can safely say that he has been improving the quality of his work in regards to technical matters just as he has been getting better at displaying passion and heat in the scenes he shoots. This title was another case where he surpassed the visual qualities of his peers at the company by using solid lighting that got rid of most of the grain, video noise, and related flaws. He also seemed to spend some time enhancing the quality of the looks of the gals using camera angles that flattered them individually instead of a cookie cutter approach as in the past. For all these improvements, I tip my hat to his care and consideration. The DVD had no compression artifacts or other flaws added in during the mastering process so it was a nice looking DVD too. The 2.0 Dolby Digital stereo audio wasn't as pleasing as the visuals since they typically started out with droning musical pieces and moved onto almost always quiet action sequences. I hate rap and thump heavy music in porn, especially when the vocals are weakened because of them, so this was once again an area needing some work in the future.

Body of Review: Evil Angel may well have lost the directing talents of Jules Jordan this year but they also added Manuel Ferrara and Erik Everhard to the mix to compensate. These two joined director Jonni Darkko as the new crew types, meaning directors with new ideas and new ways of doing things to add to the established formulas the older crowd at the company. Jonni's latest title is My Girlfriend's Whore Friend, a set of scenes where two gals did each other and a man, acting like it was in part to fulfill a fantasy. In all, it was a very good offering by the director that I really found appealing. Here's a quick look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used at all:

For the most part, it was a good show to enjoy and I found little to complain about given the care that went into making it.
