Extra's: The extras were the usual group this time. There were five bonus scenes, three of which had Tawny Roberts starring, 14.5-minutes of Behind the Scenes footage (I especially liked the part where director David Stanley admitted to being pretentious), a couple of photogalleries, a short biography for Tawny Roberts, a double-sided DVD cover, some trailers and the usual spam (you can at least scan through it at the beginning of the DVD). The bonus scenes were all solid and the BTS footage pretty good too.

Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color, as most porn is shot these days. The picture was a bit on the grainy side with some mosquito noise and visual flaws related to the weak lighting. The pattern noise wasn't as bad as it could've been but overall, the picture should've been better. The audio was presented in the usual stereo English. The vocals were slightly hollow and the music varied a whole lot in terms of quality (in the later scenes it was distorted rather than bad) with no separation to speak of. While some of the visual flaws could be chalked up to attempts at artistic license, the audio flaws seemed more the result of lack of planning or care.

Body of Review: Vivid is, after all these years, one of the most recognized names in porn due to their stable of contract performers and attention to the couples market. This is sometimes a bit limiting for them as the market has definitely taken a turn for the harder sex so many companies offer but they have a massive marketing machine behind them to instill the manly virtues of Vivid's niche. One of their cutest performers is a hot blonde known as Tawny Roberts, a gal that causes men to drool in pretty much every situation she walks into. I'm willing to bet that she could walk into a church and cause the priest to stay extra long at the pulpit in order to let his erection die down but that's just my belief. Her latest movie for Vivid is Far Away, a movie that actually starred Agent Aeon as a gal desperately trying to win back the love of her life, Evan Stone. He has left Houston, Texas for the wonders of Southern California (talk about suspension of disbelief!) in order to run a strip club. She finds the people of California to be shallow and sexually obsessed (yeah, like they aren't here in Houston too), making it clear that she has given up on him in favor of a loser janitor, played aptly by the director David Stanley. There was a lot of non-sex talking here and Aeon didn't drop a stitch of clothing so if this is what you'd like to see, read the following breakdown of the scenes by cast:

Scene One: Nicole, one of the best blondes in porn in terms of heat and energy, had a scene with her real-life husband, Voodoo, in the living room. He started off by going down on her and she returned the favor of course, both displaying the kind of energy and chemistry that gets them asked back by virtually every company that uses their services. The two boned in a couple of positions and aside from her exaggerated Texan accent, it was as well done a scene as could be expected. It ended with her jerking him off to her chest and giving it some post-coital sucking.

Scene Two: Holly, a cute gal with a lean body, auditioned for Evan's strip club the old fashioned way; she had sex with him. From her sloppy blowjob to the way she rode him wildly on the couch (Yay, cowgirl position!), she also showed why she is in such high demand these days. The sex was playful and sweet with just the right amount of raw energy needed to make it work. While some of the camera angles were not the best, the overall effect was positive, even for a David Stanley film.

Scene Three: Tawny, the hot blonde on the front DVD cover and theoretical lead of the movie, was up next as she blew Eric in a cramped dressing room. Her oral skills were not as well developed as the previous gals but she can get by on her looks alone. The two then screwed in a few positions, with reverse cowgirl being the best in terms of how it looked. The choppy editing didn't help much and the lack of chemistry between the two wasn't an asset but with a bit of experience, she could be as good as the hype that surrounds her name (for the record, I think she looks great in all her movies).

Scene Four: Tawny, dressed in a pink top and black shorts, made Chris a happy man after he helped to fix her ride. She blew him with more energy than she used in the prior scene and took his penis with more enthusiasm although the scene was short and the music distorted a lot worse then usual here. It ended with her on her knees giving him some oral loving with a facial (of sorts) but nothing as good as it could've been.

Scene Five: Stephanie, looking fit as ever, had a scene with Tawny, at the strip club on the stage before opening. There was some foot worship action, spitting, and the usual lesbian licking with some toys used to get the gals off. It seemed to end abruptly before the gals built up a lot of heat but I've always liked Stephanie and seeing the director as the janitor (how appropriate) was cute at the beginning of the scene.

Summary: Fans of Tawny will simply have to see this movie, for all its limitations. She looked great and while she has never been the most sexually skilled gal in porn, she certainly looked hot enough to milk my nuts by simply standing in front of me. The scenes that she wasn't in were better sexually and aside from the wasted talents of Ashley, it was worth a rating of Rent It if you're not into Tawny's lovely self. The extras were pretty good but the basic technical values were weak here, making it somewhat less appealing to those who aren't into Tawny.
