Audio/Video Quality: The picture suffered from harsh lighting that washed out much of the visual quality and lots of grain. The voice track was okay but the music was really bad bump & grind music that annoyed me.
Body of Review: Over the last few years I've noticed a lot of porno features that center around car wrecks. Don't ask me why-it just has been the case. In Moxie, the story centered around a gal, Kira, who is in a coma and her new husband, Cheyne, is thinking about the good times they had. In the 5 sex scenes, which all used condoms of course, only the first had anal and the rest varied in their usually minimal heat. The biggest problem with the movie was easily the production values which were not nearly as good as those in Sparks (another David Stanley movie). Here's the cast by scene:
Scene One: Taylor and Cheyne had sex on a table and it was pretty good, even including anal. Too bad the picture was so flawed.
Scene Two: Kira and Cheyne had sex on a couch which ended in a handjob. Pretty weak this time.
Scene Three: Renee, looking good, and Chennin, had a lesbian scene on a stretcher that included oral and toys with a strap on dildo. This was the best scene of the bunch.
Scene Four: Kira and Tyce had a scene on a bed but he had a tiny pop shot. The sex seemed mechanical too.
Scene Five: Kira and Mark had sex outside on the ground and beside a wall. Okay but nothing special.
Summary: Porn movies should have good sex, high production values, and attractive women in order to be considered worth buying. While some of the women here were indeed attractive, and that's related to personal taste which varies, the other two qualities were simply not there. Beware of any reviews you read that suggest otherwise. In general, when you see this one on sale in the coming months, consider how much of a completist you are for any of the performer's performances. Sadly, the unrelated bonus scenes were actually of better quality than the ones in the feature itself so I'm suggesting you skip this one.
