The Movie: Night Trips: A Dark Odyssey isn't as dark as it seems to be when it  comes to being a sexual addict. When  "dark" is mentioned in porn  my thoughts go straight to  bondage and  other  things of that nature which make it  very  interesting for me  enjoy. Perhaps  this  being my  first Andrew Blake  adult  film , I wasn't   too understanding of his  manner of  seducing  ones mind. Unlike other Directors that have adapted a similar style of making porn Andrew Blake has a  distinct  style of his own with a more  artistic  look and  feel .Though the  movie  is  rather  short there is that  tease and  please aspect that  viewers should  enjoy without  any trouble. Some scenes are a bit longer having a scene within a scene with the back and forth to Paola feeding her sexual needs.

Audio/Video: Night Trips: A Dark Odyssey is presented in 16.9 Anamorphic and filmed in High Definition shot by director Andrew Blake for Studio A Entertainment. The audio was presented in 5.1 Dolby Digital Sound which was very clear. The Video itself mpeg-2 came in around 5.77 and 7.63 mbps. The lighting is very clear in the scenes filmed indoors and the use of natural lighting gave it a very nice touch.

Opening Scene:

Paola is first seen outdoors on a deck of a house overlooking the desert scantly dressed. Next you see her in the bathroom swallowing a handful of pills before she sits down in the tub. For me it was more of a teaser flick than  anything else. There was  the one brief scene  with  Paola and  Sophia Santi that  had the  potential to  be very  arousing had  they  giving it more  time and letting the  ladies  loose to  enjoy the foreplay and the  power  struggle. Night Trips: A Dark Odyssey lacked the  ability  to hold my  attention hopefully it  will hold yours.!

What Worked:  The few minutes with Sophia and Paola with he back and forth power struggle was what finally woke me up. There was a lot of chemistry with these two ladies something that was not demonstrated with the other couples.

What Didn't Work :

Background Music: Whenever there is too much music in a porn I have to wonder why. IN my case the music is very relaxing to the point where it almost put me to sleep. Not once did you hear the raw sensual moans that would get this viewer off.

As  far as  technical aspects  between the  audio and video  I  give it high  marks  but  overall it  with the  scenes being  short and lacking the sexual  rawness ranks as a Rent It in my  book.
