Condoms: None

Audio/Video Quality: James Deen’s 7 Sins: Envy was presented in anamorphic widescreen as directed by James Deen for Evil Angel. The Director of Photography was Johnathan Taylor Thomas, the editor listed as Mrs. Myers, both areas showing a lot of artistic touches from what I experienced. Those who like a lot of lighting and clearly defined sexual scenes will find this movie to be cut from a different cloth, my screen captures perhaps helping you see that this isn’t the same kind of porn most of us are used to watching over the last 20+ years. The first scene used a voyeuristic approach of shooting from a distance through a window, that same style used again in the third scene (way too much) which limited the visual appeal for me. The second scene then was shot in a dark bedroom at night and the final scene was set in a very small room where the camera had little maneuvering room to speak of. There was a company watermark on the lower right corner of the picture but it was unobtrusive to me, the other issues bothering me much more. The aural components were on the basic side too, the limited vocals (moans) a bit too low in most of the scenes because they emphasized the score by Danny Wylde, the music used to set the mood to suit the nature of the flick.

Body of Review: James Deen has been directing for Evil Angel for a short time now, the resulting movies showing a great deal of potential. His latest title for the company is called James Deen’s 7 Sins: Envy, the movie just coming out to some modest critical praise. The theme of the movie was another of the so-called “deadly” sins, this time “envy” with hotty Chanel Preston portraying an older woman getting jealous over the youthful good looks of Chloe Foster as she tries to come to terms with how to resolve the matter. The story itself is archetypal in that it has been around for as long as written records exist (some would extend that to saying the same about the other “sins” but this was much more straightforward a tale), but I think James did well to make it about the ladies and not himself this time, the results were entertaining as a feature, not just for the sexual content.

The company described the movie like this: “"James Deen's 7 Sins: ENVY" continues the filmmaker/porn stud's artistic series with a striking, twisted vision featuring stunning Chanel Preston. As young, blonde Chloe Foster and James kiss, suck and screw, voyeuristic Chanel peeps into Chloe's window, spying the passionate couple's every fucking move. This is moody, naturalistic action for those turned on by a forbidden view. We next see Chloe bound in a closet: Chanel reveals her jealousy of Chloe's youthful hotness and compels pussy eating by tit slapping, spitting, spanking and yanking the victim's face into undulating curves and holes. Chanel's husband sleeps through the beauty's attempted seduction, and frustrated Chanel spies slutty Chloe in another tryst. So Chloe suffers the humiliation of fluffing the pricks that will roughly ravish Chanel. Three studs render Chanel airtight - a triple-penetration with choking, hair pulling, slapping, boob mashing, ass-to-mouth deep-throat and creamy facials sates Chanel's ENVY.” Here’s a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Chloe Foster, a perky little blond newcomer, was up first with James Deen after the two arrived home in a crummy little car. They went inside their house and went at each other, James gobbling her gash and ass while she slobbed his knob before a handful of vaginal penetration positions mixed with some taste testing. The chemistry and heat were diminished by use of a camera style that shot the scene from a distance through a window, the intermingling of body parts much tougher to make out given the low lighting added on top of that. On a favorable note, James recognized his reach was well outside his grasp in terms of trying new things per his comments in the BTS, the up side being that he is at least willing to try new things that none of his peers would even consider.

Scene Two: Chanel Preston, the smoking hot beauty featured on the left side of the front cover, was then up in a lesbian tryst with Chloe Foster, the established star having drugged Chloe’s cookies to knock her out. She brought the gal home and tied her up, the girl struggling against her bonds as Chanel revealed just how creepy her obsession with the youth had been. Chloe didn’t speak but was suitable afraid of her captor, Chanel caressing both of their bodies before squatting over Chloe’s face to get eaten out. The face sitting led to ass worshipping, Chloe providing the vast majority of oral service before the scene ended.

Scene Three: Chanel Preston, wearing sexy lingerie in bed, had been rebuffed by husband Dick Chibbles when she met him in her living room while wearing something even hotter as he came home from work. He merely asked what was for dinner, driving the woman crazy, so she rubbed one out in bed at night while watching Chloe Foster and James Deen go at it once more across the street like a couple of teenagers in lust. This scene was more about Chanel masturbating with her panties pulled down around her sweet thighs than anything else, the long distance sex between the other couple not as easily seen despite better lighting on them thanks to the window frame. Chanel then got extra frisky and started using some hand to gland friction on Chibbles as he laid next to her asleep, his semen flowing freely on her hands by the time she was finished.

Scene Four: Chanel Preston, Chloe Foster, Tommy Pistol, Dane Cross, and James Deen, were up last after that in a scene that showed Chloe engaging the men in the background (mostly blowing them and fluffing them) before they upgraded to gang bang Chanel in a small room with a static camera. Tommy took advantage of the fleshy MILF first, munching her rug and vaginally tearing into her golden box before swapping places with Dane, Chanel’s sexually aggressive character encouraging him to bone her like he owned her. Then Tommy came back and joined Dane in doing her, James eventually coming into the picture to help with the anal penetration though Chanel went as far as a DP and then going airtight (a cock in each of her three holes). Slutty Chanel was awesome in the scene and Chloe was kept to such a small role that she really didn’t impact the quality of the action much, the guys delivering their sperm to Chanel’s face one at a time while poor Chloe could be seen crying at how the men wanted the experienced hotty more than her (reversing the thematic roles of the ladies).

Summary: James Deen’s 7 Sins: Envy by director James Deen for Evil Angel scored some points for trying various new camera angles and approaches to shooting sex scenes but lost them for the results (for the most part), much of the stylish work weakening the heat of the trysts. Still, Chanel Preston was as great sexually as ever and her looks were top notch, Chloe Foster relegated to a secondary role in all but one lesbian scene courtesy of this approach. The story elements seemed to lack in tying the scenes together too, perhaps the physical ailment of James’ broken foot hampering his ability to do everything the way he really wanted but the overall impact was to earn a rating of Rent It for anyone except diehard fans of uber babe Chanel Preston who really shined in her role of the envious housewife saddled with a disinterested husband because for those fans, the movie is a “must have” all the way. In short, James Deen’s 7 Sins: Envy could have done many things differently to achieve the more strokability and replay value here but it was still well worth looking into as an entertaining experimental movie thanks in large part to Chanel Preston so give it a look and let me know what you thought.
